عاجل مجلس الوزراء: تطبق وزارة الصحة فيما يتعلق باستثمار العقارات التي عليها صكوك لصالح الوزارة

رأس صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء - حفظه الله -، الجلسة التي عقدها مجلس الوزراء، اليوم، في جدة.
واطّلع مجلس الوزراء خلال الجلسة على فحوى المحادثات والاجتماعات التي جرت في الأيام الماضية بين المملكة ومختلف دول العالم ومنظماته، في إطار روابط الصداقة وعلاقات التعاون الثنائي والمتعدّد في جميع الميادين؛ ولاسيما ما يتعلق بإحلال الأمن والاستقرار الدوليين، وترسيخ مبادئ التنمية والتقدم والتطور الحضاري في كل المجالات.

وأوضح معالي وزير الإعلام الأستاذ سلمان بن يوسف الدوسري، في بيانه لوكالة الأنباء السعودية عقب الجلسة، أن مجلس الوزراء تناول في الشأن المحلي، مجمل ما يجري تنفيذه من برامج ومبادرات تستهدف تنمية الحاضر والإعداد للمستقبل، بما في ذلك تعزيز البنية التحتية، وجودة الخدمات المقدمة للمواطنين والمقيمين، وتطوير القطاعات الواعدة، وتقنيات الاتصالات، وجذب الاستثمارات، وتحفيز الصناعات الوطنية.
وأشاد المجلس، بالجهود المبذولة نحو تعزيز مشاركة أبناء وبنات المملكة في مسارات التنمية، وتمكين سوق العمل من استيعاب المزيد من القوى العاملة الوطنية، وخفض معدل البطالة الذي اقترب من مستهدف (رؤية المملكة 2030) والمحدد عند (7) في المائة.
واطّلع مجلس الوزراء، على الموضوعات المدرجة على جدول أعماله، من بينها موضوعات اشترك مجلس الشورى في دراستها، كما اطّلع على ما انـتهى إليه كل من مجلس الشؤون الاقتصادية والتنمية، ومجلس الشؤون السياسية والأمنية، واللجنة العامة لمجلس الوزراء، وهيئة الخبراء بمجلس الوزراء في شأنها، وقد انتهى المجلس إلى ما يلي:
أولاً:
تفويض صاحب السمو الملكي رئيس مجلس إدارة دارة الملك عبدالعزيز - أو من ينيبه - بالتوقيع على مشروع مذكرة تعاون بين دارة الملك عبدالعزيز في المملكة العربية السعودية والأرشيف الوطني في جمهورية كازاخستان.
ثانياً:
الموافقة على مذكرة تفاهم للتعاون في المجال الثقافي بين وزارة الثقافة في المملكة العربية السعودية وهيئة البحرين للثقافة والآثار في مملكة البحرين.
ثالثاً:
تفويض معالي وزير الصناعة والثروة المعدنية - أو من ينيبه - بالتباحث مع الجانبين الأردني والجابوني في شأن مشروعي مذكرتي تفاهم بين وزارة الصناعة والثروة المعدنية في المملكة العربية السعودية وكل من وزارة الطاقة والثروة المعدنية في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، ووزارة البترول والغاز والمناجم في الجمهورية الجابونية، للتعاون في مجال الثروة المعدنية، والتوقيع عليهما.
رابعاً:
الموافقة على مذكرة تفاهم بين المملكة العربية السعودية ممثلة بوزارة الصناعة والثروة المعدنية وجمهورية زيمبابوي ممثلة بوزارة المناجم والتنمية التعدينية بشأن التعاون في قطاع الثروة المعدنية.
خامساً:
الموافقة على مذكرة تفاهم للتعاون في مجال مستقبل أساليب النقل الحديثة بين وزارة النقل والخدمات اللوجستية في المملكة العربية السعودية ووزارة النقل في جمهورية الصين الشعبية.
سادساً:
تفويض معالي وزير النقل والخدمات اللوجستية رئيس مجلس إدارة الهيئة العامة للطيران المدني - أو من ينيبه - بالتباحث مع اللجنة الأفريقية للطيران المدني (التكتل الأفريقي) في شأن مشروع مذكرة تفاهم للتعاون الفني في مجال الطيران المدني بين الهيئة العامة للطيران المدني في المملكة العربية السعودية واللجنة الأفريقية للطيران المدني (التكتل الأفريقي).
سابعاً:
تفويض معالي وزير الاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات رئيس مجلس إدارة هيئة الاتصالات والفضاء والتقنية - أو من ينيبه - بالتباحث مع الجانب الهيليني في شأن مشروع مذكرة تفاهم بين هيئة الاتصالات والفضاء والتقنية في المملكة العربية السعودية والهيئة الوطنية الهيلينية للاتصالات والبريد في الجمهورية الهيلينية، في مجال الاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات، والتوقيع عليه.
ثامناً:
الموافقة على مذكرة تفاهم بين الهيئة العامة للغذاء والدواء في المملكة العربية السعودية والمجلس الإسلامي السنغافوري في جمهورية سنغافورة، للتعاون في مجال ضمان جودة المنتجات الحلال.
تاسعاً:
تفويض معالي رئيس هيئة حقوق الإنسان - أو من ينيبه - بالتباحث مع الجانب الطاجيكي في شأن مشروع مذكرة تفاهم بين هيئة حقوق الإنسان في المملكة العربية السعودية ومفوضية حقوق الإنسان في جمهورية طاجيكستان، والتوقيع عليه.
عاشراً:
الموافقة على اتفاقية تعاون بين رئاسة أمن الدولة في المملكة العربية السعودية ولجنة الدولة للأمن الوطني في جمهورية طاجيكستان، في مجال مكافحة جرائم الإرهاب وتمويله.
حادي عشر:
تفويض معالي وزير التعليم - أو من ينيبه - بالتباحث مع منظمة الأمم المتحدة للتربية والعلم والثقافة (اليونسكو) بشأن تأسيس مركز إقليمي للموهبة والإبداع في المملكة.
ثاني عشر:
تفويض معالي رئيس ديوان المظالم - أو من ينيبه - بالتباحث مع المنظمة العربية للتنمية الإدارية في شأن مشروع مذكرة تفاهم بين ديوان المظالم في المملكة العربية السعودية والمنظمة العربية للتنمية الإدارية، في مجال التدريب والتطوير، والتوقيع عليه.
ثالث عشر:
الموافقة على مذكرة تفاهم بين حكومة المملكة العربية السعودية وحكومة جمهورية سنغافورة، للتعاون في مجال تنمية رأس المال البشري وتطوير القادة في القطاع العام في البلدين.
رابع عشر:
تطبق وزارة الصحة - فيما يتعلق باستثمار العقارات التي عليها صكوك لصالح الوزارة - الأحكام الواردة في لائحة التصرف بالعقارات البلدية.
خامس عشر:
اعتماد الحسابات الختامية للهيئة العامة للمساحة والمعلومات الجيومكانية، وهيئة الحكومة الرقمية، وجامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية، لأعوام مالية سابقة.
