أنهى مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر، معاناة خمسني مع تبعات ورم ضخم طوله نحو 20 سم، نشأ في الكلية اليسرى، مع وجود جلطة ورميه كبيرة متمددة إلى الوريد الكلوي الأيسر، وتسبب ذلك في حزمة أعراض حادة، عانى معها المريض لفترة طويلة.
وكان المريض قد راجع المستشفى مشتكياً من وجود دم بالبول، وتناقص شديد غير مبرر للوزن، مع آلام مستمرة بالظهر والجانب، وفقدان الشهية، إضافة إلى الحمى والشعور بالتعب.

وفور وصوله إلى المستشفى أخضعه الفريق الطبي المتخصص في جراحة المسالك البولية، لفحوصات طبية دقيقة كاختبارات الدم والبول، فضلاً عن الفحوصات التصويرية، التي شملت، التصوير المقطعي المحوسب C.t-Scan ، والـ Pet- Ct النووية، وأظهرت النتائج وجود ورم ضخم طوله "20" سم، متمدد من الكلية اليسرى إلى الوريد الكلوي الأيسر، مع وجود جلطة ورمية متشعبة إلى الوريد الكلوي وما قبل الوريد الأجوف السفلي.
