"طويق" توقع اتفاقيات لتدريب وتوظيف 150 مستفيدًا من الضمان في الشرقية

وقعت جمعية طويق لصناعة الكوادر البشرية بالمنطقة الشرقية، مذكرات تفاهم مع 3 شركات رائدة لتدريب وتوظيف 150 شابًا وفتاة من مستفيدي الضمان الاجتماعي.
وتأتي هذه الخطوة في إطار التعاون المشترك بين الجمعية والشركات، لتمكين المستفيدين وتأهيلهم بما يتناسب مع متطلبات سوق العمل المتنامي.

وأشار إلى أن مجالات التدريب تشمل تخصصات فنية وإدارية متنوعة تلبي احتياجات سوق العمل المتغيرة.
وأكد العبيد، أن هذه المبادرة تتجاوز مجرد توفير الوظائف إلى تمكين أبناء وبنات الوطن وتنمية قدراتهم من خلال شراكات استراتيجية مع مختلف القطاعات.
وشدد على أن الجمعية تعمل على تقديم أفضل الممارسات العالمية في مجال التدريب والتطوير وفق أعلى معايير الجودة، بما يسهم في دفع عجلة التنمية الاقتصادية الشاملة والمستدامة في المملكة.
يذكر أن جمعية طويق لصناعة الكوادر البشرية بالشرقية شاركت في ملتقى التمكين للتعريف بخدماتها المتنوعة، كما وقعت عقود عمل لعدد من الشباب والفتيات من مستفيدي الضمان الاجتماعي خلال الملتقى.
