أنهت نيابة الاحتيال المالي تحقيقاتها مع مواطن خالف نظام مكافحة الاحتيال المالي وخيانة الأمانة.
وكشفت إجراءات التحقيق عن قيام المتهم بإيهام المجني عليهم بالاستثمار المالي من خلال إحدى شركاته الصورية؛ مستغلاً وجود تشابه في الاسم مع إحدى الشركات التي تمارس ذات النشاط، وذلك من خلال إبرام اتفاقيات استثمارية، وبلغ مجموع الأموال المستولى عليها نحو (18.
