مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر يُنهي معاناة أربعيني من تشوه خلقي نادر بالعين ويُعيد له كفاءة النظر 100%

نجح مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر، في إجراء عملية دقيقة لإنهاء شكوى مريض في العقد الرابع من العمر، وُلد بتشوه خلقي نادر في العين اليسرى، الأمر الذي سبب له ضُعف حاد ومتزايد في مستويات الرؤية، بالإضافة إلى حدوث انفصالات متكرره بالشبكية، ذكر ذلك الدكتور أحمد العثمان استشاري طب وجراحة العيون رئيس الفريق الطبي المعالج.

والذي أضاف بأنه فور وصول المريض للعيادة والسماع لشكواه، والإطلاع على ملفه الطبي، تبين أنه أجرى عمليات سابقة بالعين في عدداً من المستشفيات، تم على إثرها وضع حزام طبي حول العين، وذلك في محاولة لإيجاد حل لمشكلته الصحية، إلا أن هذه المحاولات بائت بالفشل ودون تحقيق أية نتائج، الأمر الذي أفقده الأمل في أن يرى بصورة طبيعية، وإعتماده على الرؤية بالعين اليمين مع إرتداء نظارات سميكة العدسات.
أخبار متعلقة طقس الشرقية.. موجة حارة وأتربة على 3 أماكنالشرقية.. القبض على شخصين لترويجهما الميثامفيتامين المخدروقال الدكتور العثمان أنه تم إخضاع المريض لعدد من الفحوصات الدقيقة، والتي شملت تخطيط الشبكية (ERG) والتصوير الطبقي للأعصاب (OCT)، بالإضافة إلى تخطيط القرنية الطبوغرافي، وقد كشفت النتائج عن وجود تقعر في مؤخرة العين اليسار Staphyloma)) ناتج عن التشوه الخلقي، وهو الأمر الذي يفسر حدوث تلك الإنفصالات المتكرره بالشبكية، بالإضافة إلى أن نسبة قصر النظر عالية جداً وبلغت (– 15) درجة، وأيضا مستوى النظر الكلي بها لا يتجاوز الــ 10% مع صعوبة شديدة في تمييز الأشياء عن بُعد، خاصة مع وجود الماء الأبيض، كما أبانت النتائج أن العين اليمين وصل نسبة قصر النظر بها إلى مستوى (-7).
وأشار الدكتور العثمان إلى أن الفريق الطبي قام بدراسة كامل النتائج، وقرر التدخل الجراحي، وبعد اتخاذ التدابير اللازمة ورفع قياسات العين واختيار العدسات المناسبة ، تم اجراء العملية والتي استغرقت 15 دقيقة فقط، تحت التخدير الموضعي وبدون ألم ، نقل بعدها المريض إلى جناح التنويم. وخلال 4 ساعات كانت النتائج مبشرة جدأً، إذ استطاع المريض الرؤية بوضوح، مقارنة بمستوى الرؤية الضبابي قبل العملية. مؤكداً على أنه تم فحص المريض بعد 24 ساعة، وقد أبانت النتائج وجود تحسن كبير في مستوى الرؤية بالعين اليسرى وصل إلى 100% (6/6)، وخلال شهر من التدخل الطبي استغنى المريض عن النظارات ، خاصة مع تحسن مستوى الرؤية عن بعد والقراءة بشكل جيد.
