بعد موسم الحج.. السعودية تعلن اكتمال الاستعدادت لاستقبال المعتمرين

أعلنت المديرية العامة للجوازات في السعودية، انتهاء الاستعدادت لاستقبال القادمين إلى المملكة لتأدية شعائر العمرة في مكة المكرمة، وذلك بعد انتهاء موسم الحج الذي شهد وفاة أكثر من 1300 شخص.
وذكرت صحيفة "المدينة" المحلية، أن المديرية العامة للجوازات أعلنت جاهزيتها لاستقبال "ضيوف الرحمن" القادمين لأداء مناسك العمرة لعام 1446 الهجري عبر منافذ المملكة الدولية، بدءاً من وصولهم حتى مغادرتهم، وإنهاء إجراءاتهم بيسر وسهولة.
وأوضحت المديرية أنه جرى "دعم جميع صالات الجوازات في المنافذ البرية والبحرية والجوية بالكوادر البشرية المؤهلة والأجهزة التقنية الحديثة".
وأهابت بأهمية التزام ضيوف الرحمن من المعتمرين بالأنظمة والتعليمات عند القدوم لأداء العمرة وحتى مغادرة المملكة.

وقد وفد 1.6 مليون شخص من خارج المملكة لأداء فريضة الحج.
وكان وزير الصحة السعودي فهد الجلاجل، قد أعلن في وقت سابق أن عدد الوفيات في موسم الحج وصل إلى 1301 حالة.
ونقلت وكالة الأنباء السعودية "واس" عن وزير الصحة قوله، خلال مداخلة تلفزيونية: "بلغ عدد الوفيات 1301 متوف، رحمهم الله جميعًا".
وأوضح الجلاجل أن "83 بالمئة من المتوفين هم من غير المصرح لهم بالحج، الذين ساروا مسافات طويلة تحت أشعة الشمس، بلا مأوى ولا راحة".
وذكر أن المتوفين بينهم عدد من كبار السن ومصابي الأمراض المزمنة، مشدّدا على أن الجهات المختصة بذلت جهودًا كبيرة في التوعية بمخاطر التعرض للإجهاد الحراري، والتأكيد على ضرورة التقيد وتنفيذ إجراءات الوقاية.
