تنبيه من نقيب «مهندسي المنوفية» للمتقدمين بطلبات التصالح في مخالفات البناء

أكد المهندس أشرف فرحان نقيب المهندسين بمحافظة المنوفية، أن النقابة لا تدخر جهدا في ملف التصالح في مخالفات البناء، خلال الفترة الماضية بالتعاون مع المحليات والجهات المعنية من أجل إنجاز أكبر عدد من ملفات التعديات، مشيرًا إلى أن الإقبال يتزايد يومًا بعد يوم لثقة المواطنين في القيادة السياسية.
نصيحة للمواطنين المقدمين على التصالحووجّه «فرحان» في تصريحات لـ«الوطن»، رسالة إلى المواطن الذي يقدم على طلبات التصالح أن يذهب إلى المكاتب الهندسية مباشرة دون التردد على المحامين أو السماسرة، لأن ذلك يؤدي إلى زيادة التكلفة والمصاريف طوال مراحل التقديم، كما حث المواطنين على المشاركة في قانون التصالح الجديد لأن الحكومة المصرية حريصة على سرعة إنجاز الملف بالكامل.
وأضاف نقيب المهندسين، أن النقابة يتردد عليها أكثر من 30 ملف يوميا ويتم الانتهاء منها في ذات اليوم وتحويلهم إلى الجهة المعنية، كما أن تكليف عدد كبير من المهندسين النقابيين وإرفاق لهم 30 ملفا والاستشاري 45 ملفا والاستشاري المختص 60 ملفا، وذلك من أجل إسراع وتيرة العمل وانتهاء أكبر عدد من طلبات التصالح.
وقال «فرحان»: أحث المواطنين على سرعة التوجه إلى المراكز التكنولوجية للتقديم على طلبات التصالح بدون تأخير، مؤكدا أنه تم إنجاز عدد كبير من الملفات داخل النقابة خلال الآونة الأخيرة وما زال العمل مستمرا.
