هيئة الاتصالات تصدر التقرير السنوي لأكاديمية التنظيمات الرقمية للعام 2023

أصدرت هيئة الاتصالات والفضاء والتقنية التقرير السنوي لأكاديمية التنظيمات الرقمية للعام 2023، ويهدف إلى التعريف بالأكاديمية ونشأتها وأهدافها وشرح المسارات الأكاديمية التي تتضمنها ومشاركة أبرز إنجازاتها وبرامجها الإثرائية والتدريبية.
ويرصد التقرير الدور القيادي للمملكة في تبني التنظيم الرقمي عالميا من خلال بناء أسلوب تنظيمي جديد ومبتكر، وما نتج عنه من إنشاء أكاديمية التنظيمات الرقمية لتعنى بتطوير الكوادر البشرية الوطنية وتمكينهم من قيادة التطلعات في مجال السياسات والتنظيمات الرقمية الممكنة للمساهمة في بناء اقتصاد رقمي مزدهر.
ويبرز التقرير مراحل نشأة الأكاديمية منذ انطلاقتها في العام 2021م بالشراكة مع مؤسسات عالمية رائدة، كما يتطرق لما أنجزته الأكاديمية خلال العام المنصرم 2023 من برامج إثرائية بلغت 15 برنامجا مقدما لنحو 150 مستفيدا، وقدمت 10 برامج تدريبية لـ 391 متدربا محليا، و123 متدربا دوليا من 52 دولة، إضافة إلى 22 جهة مستفيدة من البرامج المقدمة.
ويلفت التقرير إلى أبرز الجهود المبذولة خلال العام الماضي من خلال عقد 7 شراكات أكاديمية عالمية في تقديم البرامج التدريبية، وتخريج 20 قائدا وقائدة من البرنامج التنفيذي مع جامعة "HEC PARIS" الجامعة الأولى عالميا في مجال التدريب التنفيذي.
يُذكر أن أكاديمية التنظيمات الرقمية تشكلت ضمن توجهات هيئة الاتصالات والفضاء والتقنية لتعزيز ريادة المملكة في المجال، مرتكزة على تمكين القدرة التنظيمية، وتحسين العمل التنظيمي التشاركي، وقيادة الابتكار التنظيمي عبر الممارسات المبتكرة.
