بعد الانقلاب العسكري.. رئيس بوليفيا يوجه رسالة أخيرة لـ الشعب.. دعا الرئيس البوليفي لويس آرسي، الأربعاء، مواطنيه إلى التعبئة ضد ما وصفها بمحاولة انقلاب، بعدما حاول عسكريون اقتحام القصر الرئاسي في وسط العاصمة لاباز.
وفي رسالة تلفزيونية من داخل القصر الرئاسي، محاطا بوزرائه، قال آرسي: "نحتاج من الشعب البوليفي تنظيم نفسه، والتعبئة ضد الانقلاب ولصالح الديمقراطية"، مضيفا: "لا يمكننا أن نسمح لمحاولات الانقلاب أن تودي بحياة البوليفيين مرة أخرى".
وجاءت دعوة الرئيس بعد انتشار عسكريين مدججين بالسلاح وعربات مصفحة أمام مقر الحكومة في لاباز، ومحاولة بعضهم اقتحام بوابة القصر الرئاسي، وفقا لشهود عيان وصحافيين من وكالة فرانس برس.
من جانبه، حذر الرئيس السابق إيفو موراليس (2006-2019) في منشور على منصة "إكس"، من أن "انقلابا يجري الإعداد له"، متهما قائد الجيش الجنرال خوان خوسيه زونيغا بـ "قيادة" حركة التمرد هذه.
وتزايدت الشائعات في بوليفيا منذ الثلاثاء حول إقالة الجنرال زونيغا، الذي يشغل منصب قائد الجيش منذ نوفمبر 2022، بعد تصريحاته المعادية لموراليس، الذي كان حليفا وثيقا لآرسي، وأصبح اليوم أكبر خصم سياسي له في حملة الانتخابات الرئاسية المقبلة.
وصرح الجنرال زونيغا بأنه لن يتردد في اعتقال الرئيس السابق إذا أصر على الترشح للرئاسة، وهو تصريح يتعارض مع القوانين المعمول بها في البلاد.
تولى موراليس رئاسة بوليفيا من عام 2006 إلى 2019، وأعيد انتخابه في 2009 و2014. وفي 2019، استقال وسط اضطرابات اجتماعية واتهامات بتزوير الانتخابات.

وقال قائد الجيش خوان خوسيه زونيغا إنه ستكون هناك حكومة جديدة، مشيرا إلى أن الجيش "لا يزال يعترف بالرئيس آرس قائدا أعلى للقوات المسلحة، "حتى الآن".
و أدان الرئيس البوليفي لويس آرسي يوم الأربعاء، "التعبئة غير النظامية" لبعض وحدات الجيش في البلاد في منشور على منصة إكس، حيث اتهم الزعيم السابق للأمة جنرالًا بارزًا بالتخطيط لانقلاب.
