تدخل طبي طارئ في مستشفى الملك سعود بعنيزة ينقذ مقيمًا من العمى

أنقذ الأطباء الاستشاريون بمركز لولوة الزامل لطب وجراحة العيون في مستشفى الملك سعود بعنيزة، عضو تجمع القصيم الصحي، عين مقيم آسيوي من الجنسية البنغلادشية يبلغ من العمر 38 عاماً من فقدان الرؤية، وذلك بعد تلقيهم اتصالاً من قسم الطوارئ بالمستشفى عن حالة مستعجلة لإصابة يصاحبها ألم في العين اليسرى للمقيم.

وأفاد تجمع القصيم الصحي، أن الكشف الأولى على المريض أظهر أن حدة البصر لدى المريض 6/36، كما تبين وجود قطعة من السيراميك في عينه اليسرى تسببت بحدوث قطع في القرنية، بالإضافة إلى إصابة عدسة العين نتج عنها بداية تغيرات وظهور للماء الأبيض.

وأوضح أن الفريق الاستشاري قرر بعد معاينة نتائج الفحوصات والتحاليل التي أجريت للمريض ضرورة إجراء عملية جراحية طارئة له، لافتًا إلى أنه تم خلال العملية إزالة المياه البيضاء وكذا وضع عدسة في داخل العين، مع القيام بخياطة قطع القرنية في إجراء طبي دام ساعة كاملة.
وأكد التجمع أنه بعد المتابعة الدقيقة للحالة المرضية واستخدم العلاجات والأدوية اللازمة والمناسبة لنوعية الإصابة والتدخل الطبي الجراحي تحسنت الحالة الصحية ودرجة الإبصار والنظر عند المريض لتصل إلى 6/12، ولله الحمد.

الذي قال أن مركز الطوارئ استقبل المراجع "ثلاثيني ومدخن"، وهو يشكو من من ألم حاد في الصدر، يمتد إلى الكتفين والعنق، مع شعور طفيف بالدوار وضيق في التنفس، وعلى الفور أخضع لعدة فحوصات طبية دقيقة، حيث بينت العلامات الحيوية ارتفاعاُ في ضغط الدم، وأظهر تخطيط القلب ECG، وجود مؤشرات قوية لاحتشاء حاد في عضلة القلب STEMI، مع اضطراب في نظم القلب، وأثناء وضعه على جهاز الصدمات الكهربائية، إنهار بشكل مفاجئ وتوقف نبضه، وبسرعة كبيرة بدأ الفريق الطبي الذي قاده د.عبدالله الشهري استشاري أمراض القلب والأوعية الدموية وقسطرة القلب التداخلية، في الإنعاش القلبي الرئوي CPR، والتعامل معه بالصدمات الكهربائية، بعد عدة دورات من الإنعاش، تم استعادة نبض المراجع بنجاح، ونُقل إلى جهاز التنفس الصناعي، مع استخدام أدوية دعم الدورة الدموية، وبموازاة ذلك عمل الاستشاريون على تأمين مجرى الهواء، بعد استقرار حالته نُقل إلى غرفة القسطرة القلبية لإكمال العلاج، حيث تم فتح الشريان التاجي الأيسر مع تركيب دعامة دوائية فاستقرت حالة المراجع، وحُول بعدها إلى العناية المركزة، حيث أمضى قيد المراقبة الطبية "48" ساعة، تحسنت حالته ، ثم نقل للتنويم، ولاحقاً غادر المستشفى بحالة صحية جيدة.
