انتقدت سيدة الاعمال والناشطة في السوشل ميديا مدربة الاتكيت اريج الهيلا، بعض الممارسات التي تقوم بها بعض شخصيات السوشل ميديا من تكرار وتقليد في المحتوى والمضمون، وكذلك عدم وجود هوية واضحه او معلومة جيدة.

موكدة ان التشابه سيضر بشكل كبير بهذا المجال. لافته الى ان التخصص يجعل الانسان يبدع في هذا المجال وغيره.
وتحدثت عن انها ومن خلال مسيرة ١٥ عاما في هذا المجال وباعتبارها من اوائل الشخصيات فيه، فانها قدمت واصبحت مدربة اتكيت ( لايف كوتش) وحصلت على العديد من الدورات من بريطانيا ودبي في مجال الاتكيت الذي يعتبر تخصصها ومجال عملها اضافة الى الديكور وتنظيم الحفلات والموتمرات.
كما انها اكدت انها اول سعودية دمجت مابين شغفها في الاتكيت وتطوير المشاريع بهوية سعودية من خلال
دمج الافكار وابتكار اشياء جديدة تسويقية وابداعية تضيف نكهة جديدة لاي مشروع ونقدمها بهوية سعودية تعبر عن حضارتنا وقيمنا وتمزج مابين الماضي والحاضر بطريقة ابتكاريه جديدة .
واكدت اريج الهيلا المتخصصة في تطوير المشاريع من ديكور وهوية لعدد من المشروعات السعودية من كوفي شوب وفنادق ومراكز تجميل أن المرحلة المقبلة في مسيرة رؤية 2030 المرتبطة بتنمية المجتمع والاقتصاد الوطني ستتطلب مضاعفة الجهد وسرعة الإنجاز والمحافظة على جودة المخرجات مع التركيز كثيراً على تطوير القدرات المعرفية والمهارية للشباب والشابات السعوديين أو كما يطلق عليهم "اجيال الرؤية " في المرحلة المقبلة.
وأشارت الهيلا إلى أن الشباب المتعلم والمنظم القادر على العمل لساعات أطول وإنتاج متسارع سيكون لهم الدور الأكثر تأثيراً في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة بأبعادها الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والبيئية في ظل رؤية المملكة 2030 التي بدأت من عمق احتياجات المجتمع السعودي ولفتت إلى أن المملكة واحدة من الدول التي تهيمن فئة الشباب على تركيبتها السكانية، إذ إن أكثر من نصف سكانها البالغ عددهم 34 مليون نسمة تحت سن 30 سنة، وهو يؤكد بشكل قاطع بأنهم سيكونون القوة المحركة للنمو الاقتصادي والتنمية، وزيادة الإنتاجية، وريادة الأعمال والابتكار، والتطور التقني، داعيه إياهم إلى العمل في المجال الاستشاري والعقاري مؤكده أنه متاح بشكل واسع، خصوصا في مجال تقنية المعلومات والتسويق وقطاع السياحة والترفيه والاستشارات والتأمين والاستشارات المالية وتطبيقات المسؤولية والاستدامة والتطوير العقاري.
وكشفت اريج أن معدل التغير سيكون سريعا جدا، نتيجة التطور التقني وتطور العلوم التطبيقية وتسارع نمط الحياة اليومية، لافته إلى أن التطور الهائل والمستمر لتقنية المعلومات وتكنولوجيا الاتصالات سيكون له أكبر الأثر في الحياة اليومية وفي أداء المؤسسات العامة والقطاع الخاص، مع تزايد الاعتماد على الطاقة، نتيجة نمو الاحتياج والاستمرار في تطوير تطبيقات الحكومة الإلكترونية كإحدى أهم أدوات التواصل مع المواطنين وتلبية احتياجاتهم.
