الموارد البشرية توضح موقف العاملين بالقطاع الخاص من الخصومات

أوضحت وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية، موقف العاملين في القطاع الخاص من الخصومات.
وأضافت الوزارة، عبر منصة (إكس)، أن ذلك يخضع إلى الاتفاق بين الطرفين في عقد العمل أو ما تنص عليه اللائحة الداخلية للمنشأة.
جاء ذلك ردا على تساؤل ورد إلى وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية، من أحد العاملين في القطاع الخاص الذي تساءل عن مدى قانونية الخصم من راتبه.
