نقيب الصحفيين: يجب إصدار قانون حرية تداول المعلومات.. وإخلاء سبيل الزملاء المحبوسين

قال الكاتب الصحفي خالد البلشي، نقيب الصحفيين، إن يوم الصحفي يتوافق قدومه غدًا 10 يونيو، وهو اليوم الذي اختارته الجمعية العمومية التاريخية للنقابة عام 1995 ليكون عيدا سنويا لحرية الصحافة، وهو اليوم الذي يواكب ذكرى انتفاضة الصحفيين ضد القانون رقم 93 لسنة 1995.
إعادة النظر في التشريعات الخاصة بالصحافةوأضاف «البلشي»، خلال لقائه ببرنامج «في المساء مع قصواء»، تقديم الإعلامية قصواء الخلالي، والمُذاع على شاشة «قناة CBC»: «نحتاج إلى إعادة النظر في التشريعات الخاصة بالصحافة وطرحنا بعض الرؤى على الحوار الوطني»، منوها بأننا لدينا فرصة للنظر في الإفراج عن الصحفيين المحبوسين، ومن ضمنهم المحبوسين على خلفية دعم القضية الفلسطينية.
وأوضح أن مطالبنا واضحة بشأن إخلاء سبيل كل الصحفيين المحبوسين، وتحرير المجال العام، وأن يكون هناك قوى فاعلة في المجتمع، بخطوات سريعة وفاعلة.
قانون لحرية تداول المعلوماتوأكمل أنه لا يوجد صحافة حرة بدون قانون لحرية تداول المعلومات، ويجب أن يتم إصداره، ليرد عليه المستشار محمود فوزي رئيس الأمانة الفنية للحوار الوطني: «القانون محل توافق في الحوارالوطني، ووصل إلى مراحل متقدمة في مناقشاته، لأنه يتماس مع الأمن القومي».
واختتم أن عدد الصحفيين الشهداء في قطاع غزة، منذ السابع من أكتوبر الماضي، وصل إلى 145 شهيدا، مستنكرا أفعال الاحتلال الغاشم على الأراضي الفلسطينية.
