رئيس منظمة مكافحة المنشطات: إيقاف رمضان صبحي "إجباري" لحين إتمام التحقيقات

أكد الدكتور حازم خميس، رئيس المنظمة المصرية لمكافحة المنشطات، إنه لا يمكن لأي لاعب أو رياضي صدر ضده قرار بالإيقاف عن اللعب أن يشارك في حدث رياضي، موضحًا أنه لذلك إيقاف رمضان صبحي "إجباري" لحين إتمام التحقيقات.
وأضاف "خميس"، خلال لقائه مع الإعلامي أسامة كمال، ببرنامج "مساء دي ام سي"، المُذاع عبر شاشة "دي ام سي"، : "بعد إصدار هذا القرار ضده تساءل: "مين يقدر يلعبه؟! هايلعب إزاي"، مؤكدًا أنه بمجرد أن تصدر العقوبة يتم عرضها على الاتحاد الوطني والاتحاد الدولي، مشددًا على أن مصانع عبوات حفظ العينات الخاصة باللاعبين في سويسرا وغير مصرح بفتحها إلا لدى معامل المنظمة.
وأشار الدكتور حازم خميس، إلى أن اللاعب رمضان صبحي خضع لجلسة استماع، والتي يحق لها الإقرار بعقوبة الإيقاف أو العفو، وهناك أيضاً شيء اسمه "وقف اختياري" وهنا يمكن للرياضي اختيار استمراره في اللعب لحين إصدار الحكم النهائي، مؤكدا أن وقف رمضان صبحي اجباري لحين اتمام التحقيقات

وفي تعليقها على الحدث، أعربت الأستاذة ديمة بنت يحيى اليحيى، الأمين العام لمنظمة التعاون الرقمي، عن امتنانها لحكومة المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية على استضافة الجمعية العامة الرابعة، مؤكدةً أن هذا الاجتماع يشكل محطة محورية في مسيرة التعاون الرقمي بين الدول الأعضاء.
وقالت اليحيى: "نشهد اليوم تحولًا رقميًا غير مسبوق يفرض علينا جميعًا العمل المشترك لتعزيز الفرص الرقمية وتمكين المجتمعات من الاستفادة الكاملة من التقنيات الحديثة. إن اجتماعنا في الأردن اليوم يعكس التزامنا الجماعي بتطوير بيئة رقمية مزدهرة تشمل الجميع، وتسهم في خلق فرص اقتصادية مستدامة تواكب متطلبات المستقبل".
وأضافت اليحيى: "نسعى من خلال منظمة التعاون الرقمي إلى توحيد الجهود لتمكين الابتكار وريادة الأعمال الرقمية، وضمان الشمولية الرقمية للجميع، مع التركيز على دعم الشباب والمرأة في الاقتصاد الرقمي. هذه القمة تعد خطوة رئيسية نحو تحقيق رؤيتنا الطموحة في بناء اقتصاد رقمي مستدام يخدم جميع الدول الأعضاء والمجتمعات العالمية. وقد أسهمت رئاسة الأردن لمجلس المنظمة خلال عام 2024 في تعظيم أثر المنظمة وتعزيز علاقاتها الدولية مع المجتمع الدولي".
وتتزامن الجمعية العامة الرابعة لمنظمة التعاون الرقمي مع الجهود العالمية المكثفة لتعزيز الاقتصاد الرقمي، حيث تناقش القمة مجموعة من القضايا الهامة، من بينها تعزيز الابتكار الرقمي، وتمكين ريادة الأعمال الرقمية، وضمان الشمولية الرقمية للدول الأعضاء.
