مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر يستأصل بالمنظار ورماً ضخماً به "عظم وشعر" مع الحفاظ على المبيض

نجح مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر، في إنهاء معاناة مريضة تبلغ من العمر 29 عاماً، عن طريق إجراء عملية منظار، تم فيها استئصال كيس مبيض عجائبي، حجمه "8×12" سم، واحتوى على عظم وشعر، ذكرت ذلك د.سارة الربيش استشارية النساء والولادة وجراحة والأورام النسائية والمناظير، رئيسة الفريق الطبي المعالج.
والتي قالت أن المريضة زارت عدة مستشفيات بسبب آلام متقطعة في البطن، إلا أن الأطباء رهنوا علاجها باستئصال المبيض، فراجعت مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر، بحثاً عن حلول علاجية أخرى، وخضعت فور وصولها لفحوصات طبية دقيقة، كالأشعة والرنين المغنطيسي، وأظهرت النتائج وجود ورم "كيس عجائبي" بالمبيض، وبعد دراسة الحالة خلص الفريق الطبي إلى أن هناك إمكانية لاستئصال الكيس مع الحفاظ على المبيض، فتم وضع خطة علاجية، وأجريت لها عملية تم فيها سحب العظم من الكيس إلى الخارج، بعد توسيع فتحة المجهر الجراحي إلى نحو "4" سم، واستئصال الكيس عبر فتحة المنظار الذي لم يتجاوز طوله "1" سم، ومضت العملية بسلاسة وانتهت ولله الحمد بالنجاح التام، وتم ذلك بالرغم من ضخامة الكيس، ونقلت المريضة إلى غرفة التنويم، حيث أمضت فيها منومة قيد العناية الطبية الحثيثة لنحو "24" ساعة قبل أن تغادر المستشفى وهي بحالة صحية جيدة، وتخلصت من كافة الأعراض التي كانت تعاني منها، ولاحقاً أكدت فحوصات ما بعد العملية استئصال كامل الكيس مع الحفاظ على المبيض سليماً، والإبقاء على قدرتها على الحمل إن شاء الله.
