أخبار متعلقة انتشار العشرات من قناديل البحر الزجاجة الزرقاء يقلق رواد شواطئ بوكيت بتايلاندالصيادون يتسابقون على قتله.. الدب الهملائي يواجه الانقراض في باكستانوقال د.عبدالوهاب أن المراجعة زارت المستشفى إثر شعورها بأعراض حادة، تمثلت في آلام مزمنة بالبطن، وتقلصات وصعوبة في الهضم، مع الإحساس المستمر بالإعياء والتعب، فأجريت لها حزمة من الفحوصات الطبية الدقيقة كالأشعة المقطعية والرنين المغناطيسي الخاص بالقنوات الصفراوية، وتحليل الدم، وقد أظهرت النتائج إصابتها بتمدد ضخم بالقنوات الصفراوية الجامعة، نتج عنه ضعف في ضخ العصارة الصفراوية من الكبد للأمعاء الدقيقة.
وأوضح د.عبدالوهاب أنه بعد دراسة نتائج الفحوصات، تقرر التدخل الجراحي عبر تقنية المنظار الدقيق، من خلال فتحات صغيرة بالبطن دون الحاجه للشق الجراحي المعتاد، واستغرقت الجراحة قرابة الثلاث ساعات ، تم خلالها استئصال كامل للقنوات الصفراوية الجامعة، وتوصيل الأمعاء الدقيقة بالقنوات الصفراوية الداخلية بالكبد بالمنطار، وبفضل الله وتوفيقه تكللت جهود الفريق الطبي بالنجاح، ونقلت المراجعة بعدها لجناح التنويم مباشرة، وبقيت تحت المراقبة لمدة ثلاث أيام، تحسنت خلالها مع الرعاية الطبية الحثيثة، ثم غادرت المستشفى بحالة صحية ونفسية جيدة.
ووصف د.عبدالوهاب العملية بالمتقدمة والنادرة، ولا تجرى إلا في مراكز محدودة بالعالم ، كونها تتم بالمنظار بشكل كامل، ودون فتح جراحي، كما أن أنها اتسمت بالتعقيد، إذ أن القنوات الصفراوية كانت ضخمة، وملتصقة بالأنسجة المحيطة بها، إلا أن كفاءة وتمرس الفريق الطبي، بالإضافة لتوافر التجهيزات الطبية المتقدمة التي يحظى بها المستشفى، ساهما في التدخل الطبي.
