عاجل | النيابة العامة: إدانة مواطن بجريمة تزوير شيكات تقدر بـ أكثر من 34 مليون ريال منسوبة لجمعية خيرية

باشرت النيابة العامة، ممثلةً بنيابة الجرائم الماسة بالثقة العامة، إجراءات التحقيق مع مواطن متهم بمخالفة النظام الجزائي لجرائم التزوير.

وبإيقاف المتهم وإحالته إلى المحكمة المختصة، وتقديم الأدلة على اتهامه، وطلب تشديد العقوبة بحقه لاستغلاله الجمعيات الخيرية والكذب عليها، صدر بحقه حكم يقضي بإدانته بما نسب إليه، ومعاقبته بالسجن (3 سنوات)، وغرامة مالية قدرها(300.000 ريال) "ثلاث مئة ألف ريال سعودي".
