مجموعة مستشفيات المانع بالعزيزية تحقق أعلى نسبة رضا للمستفيدين في المنطقة الشرقية

نظمت المديرية العامة للشؤون الصحية بالمنطقة الشرقية "ملتقى تجربة المريض بين التحديات والفرص في المنشآت الصحية الخاصة"، برعاية مدير عام الشؤون الصحية أ.د فارس الهمزاني. وتم تكريم مستشفى المانع بالعزيزية لتحقيقه أعلى نسبة رضا للمستفيدين في الربع الأول من عام 2024. بالإضافة إلى ذلك كرم راعي الملتقى أ.د/ فارس الهمزاني مجموعة مستشفيات المانع على رعايتها للملتقى.

وأوضحت صحة الشرقية أن الملتقى يهدف إلى عرض وتوضيح آلية معالجة البلاغات الواردة إلى فرع وزارة الصحة بالمنطقة الشرقية، والتعامل مع البلاغات وطرق التخلص منها. كما تضمن الملتقى تكريماً للمستشفيات الأكثر كفاءة بالأداء وتحقيق نسبة رضا المستفيدين على مستوى المنطقة الشرقية.
