في منفذ البطحاء.. السعودية تحبط تهريب أكثر من 6.5 مليون حبة كبتاغون

دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة (CNN)-- أعلنت هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك السعودية، الجمعة، إحباط محاولة تهريب أكثر من 6.5 مليون حبة كبتاغون في منفذ البطحاء، عُثر عليها مخبأة في إرسالية إطارات كبيرة واردة إلى المملكة.
وقالت هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك في بيان نشرته وكالة الأنباء السعودية "واس"، إنه "وردت إرسالية عبر منفذ البطحاء، عبارة عن (إطارات كبيرة) محمولة على إحدى الشاحنات القادمة".
وأضافت الهيئة أنه "عند خضوع الإرسالية للإجراءات الجمركية، والكشف عليها عبر التقنيات الأمنية، والوسائل الحية، عُثر على تلك الكمية من الحبوب مُخبأة في تجويف الإطارات"، وأردفت الهيئة أنه "بعد إتمام عملية الضبط، جرى التنسيق مع المديرية العامة لمكافحة المخدرات، لضمان القبض على مستقبلي المضبوطات داخل المملكة، وعددهم 4 أشخاص"، طبقا لما أفادت الوكالة السعودية.
وشددت هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك على "أنها ماضية في إحكام الرقابة الجمركية على واردات وصادرات المملكة، وتقف بالمرصاد أمام محاولات أرباب التهريب، لتعزيز أمن وحماية المجتمع، بالحد من محاولات تهريب مثل هذه الآفات وغيرها من الممنوعات"، بحسب البيان.
