أبرز توصيات أبو الغيط في الاجتماع الوزاري لمنتدى التعاون العربي الصيني

أشاد الأمين العام لجامعة الدول العربية السيد أحمد أبو الغيط، بمبادرة الصين الكريمة واستضافتها أعمال الدورة العاشرة لمنتدى التعاون العربي الصيني لما لها من حضور في تاريخ العالم نعرفه ونقدره، كما أن لها تأثيرا ضخما في حاضر العالم ومستقبله نلمسه ونثمنه، كما أن تجربتها في النهضة والتقدم هي محل تقدير واحترام كبير في عالمنا العربي.
وأشار الأمين العام لجامعة الدول العربية خلال كلمته في الجلسة الافتتاحية للدورة العاشرة للاجتماع الوزاري لمنتدى التعاون العربي الصيني، الذي عقد في العاصمة الصينية بكين، الي مبادرة الحزام والطريق التي طرحها الرئيس الصيني شي جين بينغ، والتي جاءت لتضيف لبنة جديدة وهامة إلى صرح منتدى التعاون العربي الصيني القائم على المصالح المتبادلة، وذلك في ضوء ما توفره هذه المبادرة من فرص واسعة للتعاون، خاصة في مجالات البنية التحتية والتجارة والاستثمار وما نشهده من مشروعاتٍ تنمويةٍ عملاقة يجري تنفيذها في الدول العربية في إطار المبادرة.

العلاقات العربية الصينية هي علاقة متنامية
منتدى التعاون الصيني العربي له برنامج تنفيذي يتابع كل القرارات ويسعى لتنفيذها
طالب بالوقف الفوري للحرب الغاشمة علي غزة وانقاذ أرواح الفلسطينيين الذين يعيشون علي حافة المجاعة، لكنها ضرورة لصيانة الضمير الإنساني، وصيانة الأخلاق والعدالة والقانون.
الصين أصبحت خلال هذه السنوات من أكبر الشركاء التجاريين للدول العربية.
التعاون يعكس حجم التبادل التجاري بين الجانبين الذي قفز من 36.4 مليار دولار أمريكي عند تأسيس المنتدى عام 2004 إلى نحو 400 مليار دولار أمريكي عام 2023.
المبادرة من فرص واسعة للتعاون، خاصة في مجالات البنية التحتية والتجارة والاستثمار وما نشهده من مشروعاتٍ تنموية عملاقة يجري تنفيذها في الدول العربية في إطار المبادرة.

عقدت جمعية الأمناء العامّين للبرلمانات العربية اجتماعها الخامس والأربعين في العاصمة المصرية القاهرة، بمشاركة معالي الأمين العام لمجلس الشورى الأستاذ محمد بن داخل المطيري والأمناء العامين للبرلمانات العربية. وفي مستهل الاجتماع استعرض أصحاب المعالي والسعادة أعضاء الجمعية ما تضمنه جدول الأعمال من بنود حيث تضمنت بنود الاجتماع انتخاب رئيس الجمعية، وقد حظي معالي الأمين العام لمجلس الشورى الأستاذ محمد بن داخل المطيري خلال الاجتماع بتزكية أصحاب المعالي والسعادة الأعضاء رئيسًا للجمعية. وعقب تسلم معالي الأستاذ محمد المطيري رئاسة جمعية الأمناء العامّين للبرلمانات العربية رفع معاليه في - تصريح صحفي - بهذه المناسبة أسمى آيات الشكر والتقدير والعرفان لمقام خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود، ولصاحب السمو الملكي الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبد العزيز وليّ العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء - يحفظهما الله - نظير ما يلقاه مجلس الشورى من دعم ومتابعة لجميع أعماله في مختلف المجالات محليًا وخارجيًا، من خلال ممارسة أدواره التشريعية والرقابية والدبلوماسية البرلمانية التي لها أثرها في تنمية العلاقات وتوثيقها وبما يثري العمل البرلماني، ويعزز مكانة المملكة في المجتمع البرلماني الدولي. ويأتي هذا الدعم من القيادة الرشيدة ليؤكد مكانة مجلس الشورى بوصفه رافدًا مهمًا لتحقيق تطلعات المملكة الداخلية والخارجية، ممّا جعل لمجلس الشورى مكانة عالية لدى البرلمانات والمجالس المماثلة وصوتًا مؤثرًا في المحافل والمؤتمرات إقليميًا ودوليًا. كما قدم معاليه الشكر والتقدير لمعالي رئيس المجلس الشيخ الدكتور عبدالله بن محمد بن إبراهيم آل الشيخ رئيس مجلس الشورى على ما تلقاه الأمانة العامة للمجلس من دعم وتوجيه؛ مما مكن الأمانة العامة من أداء دورها في تهيئة العمل والتحضير لجلسات المجلس وأعماله وتطوير أجهزته، والمساهمة بفاعلية مع الأجهزة الدولية النظيرة، ومنها جمعية الأمناء العامّين للبرلمانات العربية. وأكد الأمين العام لمجلس الشورى في -معرض تصريحه- أن هذه التزكية جاءت نتيجة تقدير الدول العربية دورَ المملكة والمكانة البارزة التي تتمتع بها في المنطقة وما تقوم به من دور ريادي في دعم القضايا العربية وتعزيز التعاون في جميع المجالات. كما قدم المطيري شكره وامتنانه لأصحاب المعالي والسعادة أعضاء الجمعية على ثقتهم، مؤكدًا في هذا الشأن أهمية الأدوار المنوطة بجمعية الأمناء العامين لكل ما من شأنه الارتقاء بالعمل البرلماني والتنظيمي في الجوانب الإدارية والفنية، ولكل ما يسهم في تبادل الرؤى والخبرات البرلمانية، والبحث عن أفضل السبل لدعم العمل البرلماني للقيام بأدواره، معربًا عن تطلعه للعمل بروح الفريق الواحد للارتقاء بالأدوار المنوطة بجمعية الأمناء العامّين للبرلمانات العربية لتحقيق الأهداف المرجوة منها وفقًا لأنظمتها واختصاصاتها.
