سبل تطلق "حملة تأكد قبل تسدد" التوعوية للتحذير من حيل التصيد الإلكتروني

أطلقت مؤسسة البريد السعودي | سبل حملة بعنوان #تأكد_قبل_تسدد للتوعية بالرسائل والروابط الاحتيالية التي يمكن أن تُعرّض بيانات المستخدمين للخطر والسرقة من قبل أشخاص مجهولين، حيث تستهدف الحملة رفع الوعي بأنواع التواصل الاحتيالي، وتحفيز المواطنين والمقيمين بعدم مشاركة بياناتهم الخاصة، والتأكد من وسائل الدفع الآمنة المعتمدة من سبل مثل تطبيق سبل أونلاين والموقع الإلكتروني.

كما استهدفت الحملة التحذير والتوعية بعدم الوقوع ضحية لأساليب المحتالين، والتصدي لها والتبليغ عنها، كما أوضحت الحملة عن أنواع الاحتيال المستخدمة والتي يُعد من بين أبرزها الرسائل النصية والبريد الإلكتروني والروابط المشبوهة، داعين الجميع بالتبليغ عن حالات الاحتيال عن طريق البريد الإلكتروني المخصص [email protected] ، أو من خلال الرقم الموحد 19992 وحساب خدمة العملاء @SPL_CARE في منصة X.
