لجنة استقصاء وبائي للتحقيق في ”التسمم الغذائي“ بحفر الباطن

كشفت أمانة محافظة حفر الباطن عن تشكيل لجنة استقصاء وبائي للتحقيق في حالات اشتباه بالتسمم الغذائي رُصدت أمس السبت، ويُشتبه في أن مصدرها إحدى المنشآت التجارية بالمحافظة.
وأكدت الأمانة لها أنها اتخذت إجراءات احترازية صارمة فور ورود بلاغ من وزارة الصحة، حيث قامت فرق الرقابة الصحية بسحب عينات من المنشأة المشتبه بها وإرسالها إلى مختبر الأمانة للتأكد من سلامتها.

وبينت ان لجنة الاستقصاء الوبائي تضم ممثلين من المحافظة والأمانة ووزارة الصحة وهيئة الغذاء والدواء، وستعمل على تحديد أسباب التسمم وتحديد المسؤوليات، واتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة بحق المنشأة المخالفة وفق دليل عقوبات حوادث التسمم الغذائي.
ودعت الأمانة المستهلكين إلى التعاون معها بالإبلاغ عن أي مخالفات للسلامة العامة في المنشآت الغذائية، من خلال الاتصال على الرقم 940 أو عبر تطبيق ”بلدي“.
وجددت الأمانة تأكيدها على حرصها الشديد على تطبيق أعلى معايير السلامة والجودة في المنشآت الغذائية، واتخاذ كافة الإجراءات اللازمة لضمان سلامة وصحة المستهلكين.
وكانت أمانة محافظة حفر الباطن، رصدت أمس السبت، بالتعاون مع الجهات المختصة حالات اشتباه تسمم غذائي، ويشتبه في أن يكون مصدرها أحد المنشآت التجارية.
واتخذت الفرق الميدانية للرقابة الصحية ومختبر الأغذية بأمانة حفرالباطن، التدابير اللازمة وفق البروتكولات الصحية لمثل هذه الحالات الطارئة، من سحب للعينات للتأكد من الأسباب، وإغلاق المنشأة احترازياً لحين ظهور نتائج الفحوصات المخبرية.
