أكثر من 100 من أعضاء البرلمان البريطاني يطالبون حكومتهم باحترام قرار الجنائية الدولية

سرايا - حثت مجموعة من النواب واللوردات من مختلف الأحزاب فى المملكة المتحدة الحكومة البريطانية على بذل كل ما فى وسعها لدعم المحكمة الجنائية الدولية بعد أن وصف رئيس الوزراء البريطانى ريشى سوناك قرار المحكمة الجنائية الدولية بخصوص إصدار أوامر اعتقال بحق قادة إسرائيل وحماس بأنه "غير مفيد على الإطلاق".
وفى رسالة إلى وزير الخارجية اللورد ديفيد كاميرون، قال 105 نواب ولوردات من 11 حزبًا إن الحكومة يجب أن تتخذ موقفًا واضحًا ضد أي محاولات لترهيب محكمة دولية مستقلة ومحايدة، مضيفين أن المحكمة والمدعى العام وجميع الأطراف يجب أن يتمتعوا بالحرية فى السعى لتحقيق العدالة دون خوف أو محاباة.
وكان المدعى العام للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية قال إنه سيتقدم بطلب لإصدار أوامر اعتقال بحق رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي بنيامين نتنياهو ووزير الدفاع يوآف جالانت وقادة حماس يحيى السنوار ومحمد ضيف وإسماعيل هنية.
وقال النائبان العماليان ريتشارد بورجون وعمران حسين، اللذان نظما الرسالة، إن "هناك أدلة متزايدة على أن إسرائيل ارتكبت انتهاكات واضحة وواضحة للقانون الدولي في غزة، ونحن نعتقد بقوة أنه يجب محاسبة المسئولين عنها".
وقالت صحيفة التليجراف البريطانية أن طلبات المدعي العام للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية كريم خان بإصدار أوامر اعتقال ضد رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي بنيامين نتنياهو ووزير دفاعه يوآف جالانت، هي أكبر مخاوف نتنياهو وأوضحت أنه منذ أن وصلت شائعات إلى إسرائيل في منتصف الشهر الماضي بأن المحكمة في لاهاي كانت بصدد رفع دعوى ضد نتنياهو، قيل إنه أصبح خائفا وقلقا بشكل غير طبيعي، مما سمح للأمر بالسيطرة على تفكيره.
وسلطت الضوء على قول أنشيل فيفر، كاتب سيرة نتنياهو، في أوائل الشهر الجاري، إن هذه القضية كانت مصدر قلق كبير بالنسبة لنتنياهو وأكثر إلحاحا من أى شيئ آخر.
