اختتمت الوطنية للإسكان NHC أعمال منتدى سلاسل الإمداد العقاري، الذي انطلق يوم الاثنين برعاية معالي وزير الشؤون البلدية والقروية والإسكان وبحضور عددٍ من المسؤولين من القطاعين العام والخاص، شاهدًا تجمعًا من ممولي سلاسل الإمداد المحليين والدوليين لاستكشاف فرص التعاون في سبيل تنمية قطاع الإسكان بالمملكة.
كما شارك في المعرض المصاحب للمنتدى 30 شركة عارضة محلية وعالمية في مختلف مجالات سلاسل الإمداد، حيث يعد المنتدى فرصة مميزة تستعرض الشركات من خلاله مواد البناء والتشييد كأعمال البريكاست، ومواد التشطيبات مثل البورسلان والسيراميك، والمواد الصحية، وأعمال المطابخ،والديكورات.

وفي ختام المنتدى احتفت الوطنية للإسكان بشركاء نجاحها، وذلك من خلال تكريم ممثليهم تقديرًا لرعايتهم المميزة للحدث العقاري، الذي يعد فرصةللتعاون الواعد بين الشركات المحلية والدولية في سبيل تأمين سلاسل الإمداد، ليكون له أثرًا تنمويًا على اقتصاد المملكة بشكل عام وعلى قطاع التطوير العقاري بشكل خاص.
وقد أعرب الرئيس التنفيذي للوطنية للإسكان الأستاذ محمد بن صالح البطي عن اعتزازه بالشراكات التي ساهمت في تحقيق الرؤية المشتركة لبناء مستقبل متطور ومستدام للأجيال الحاضرة والمستقبلية، كما أوضح أن منتدى سلسل الإمداد العقاري جاء مؤكدًا على دور الوطنية للإسكان الريادي في صناعة العقار، ودعمًا للمحتوى المحلي، وتشجيعًا للاستثمارات الأجنبية والشراكات في قطاع صناعة مواد البناء والتشييد.
الجدير بالذكر أن الشركة الوطنية للإسكان هي الرائدة والممكنة لقطاع التطوير العقاري وأكبر مطور رئيس للضواحي والمجتمعات العمرانية في المملكة والتي تتسم بجودة الحياة، حيث تضخ أكثر من 300 ألف وحدة سكنية بنهاية 2025م في 9 ضواحٍ و6 مجتمعات سكنية على مساحة تتخطى 100 مليون م2 وتتسع لأكثر من مليون ونصف مواطن، وتسعى إلى إيجاد حلول لتأمين سلاسل الإمداد بجودة عالية ومواد إنشائية أكثر استدامة، وذلك في إطار حرص الشركة على زيادة المعروض العقاري بخيارات سكنية وفق معايير عالمية، في سبيل تحقيق مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030، برفع نسبة التملّك السكني للأسر السعودية إلى 70%
