"وزارة الصحة": تدريب إدارات الحوكمة بمديريات الشئون الصحية بـ6 محافظات

مساعد الوزير للحوكمة والشئون الفنية: الوزارة بصدد تنفيذ تدريب متقدم حول حوكمة الصحة والإبتكار لعدد من قياداتها بالولايات المتحدة الأمريكية
أعلنت وزارة الصحة والسكان عن تنفيذ، إدارة الحوكمة والمراجعة الداخلية بالوزارة، برنامجا تدريبيا تحت عنوان الحزمة الأساسية للمراجعة الفنية، لعدد 40 متدرب من أعضاء إدارات الحوكمة والمراجعة الداخلية بمديريات الشئون الصحية بمحافظات القاهرة، الجيزة، القليوبية، الشرقية والمنوفية، وذلك بديوان وزارة الصحة والسكان بالعاصمة الإدارية الجديدة.
قال الدكتور حسام عبد الغفار المتحدث الرسمي لوزارة الصحة والسكان، إن التدريب امتد على مدار إسبوع كامل، تعرف من خلاله المتدربون على عدة موضوعات، أبرزها أساسيات مراجعة سلاسل الإمداد وإدارة المخزون، والقوانين واللوائح المنظمة للإمداد وإدارة المخزون، والدورة المستندية للمخازن الحكومية، وقواعد التخزين الجيد،بالإضافة إلى أساسيات مكافحة العدوى بالمنشآت الصحية والإجراءات القياسية لمكافحة العدوى بالمستشفيات كما تم التعرض لأبرز التحديات التي تم ملاحظتها في حملات المرور الدورية.
أضاف " عبد الغفار " أن التدريب تناول، أساسيات جودة الرعاية الصحية ومبادئها وأدواتها، وكيفية تطبيق مشاريع التحسين بالمنشآت الصحية والتسجيل الطبي، ومراجعة الإلتزام بمعايير جودة الرعاية الصحية بالمنشآت.
أشار " عبد الغفار " إلى أن التدريب تم تحت الإشراف المباشر للدكتور محمد الطيب مساعد الوزير للحوكمة والشئون الفنية، الذى حرص على إلتقاء المتدربين واستطلاع آراءهم حول التدريب، وتناول معهم رؤية إدارة الحوكمة والمراجعة الداخلية لتدريب وتأهيل أعضاء إدارات الحوكمة والمراجعة الداخلية بالوزارة والهيئات التابعة لوزارة الصحة والسكان، بالتعاون مع جهات محلية ودولية مرموقة، في إطار بروتوكول التعاون بين وزارة الصحة والسكان والمعهد القومي للحوكمة والتنمية المستدامة، وبرتوكول التعاون بين وزارة الصحة والسكان والأكاديمية الوطنية للتدريب.
من جانبه، قال الدكتور محمد الطيب مساعد الوزير للحوكمة والشئون الفنية، إن الوزارة بصدد تنفيذ تدريب متقدم، حول حوكمة الصحة والإبتكار، لعدد من قيادات وزارة الصحة والسكان، وأعضاء منظومة العمل بالحوكمة والمراجعة الداخلية، في إحدى كليات الإدارة الدولية بالولايات المتحدة الأمريكية.

ويبدأ التقديم على الوظائف التعليمية اعتبارًا من يوم الجمعة 07 رمضان 1446هـ الموافق 07 مارس 2025م، للمتقدمين وينتهي بنهاية يوم الأربعاء 12 رمضان 1446 هـ الموافق 12 مـارس 2025، وللمتقدمات يوم الجمعة بتاريخ 14 رمضان 1446هـ الموافق 14مارس 2025م، وينتهي بنهاية يوم الأربعاء 19 رمضان 1446هـ الموافق 19 مارس 2025م، وذلك وفقًا للائحة التنفيذية للموارد البشرية في الخدمة المدنية.
أخبار متعلقة ”تجاوبكم محدود“.. البيئة تخاطب التجار بشأن الإعفاءات الجمركيةاللهابه.. رفع 1100 طن نفايات وأنقاض ضمن استعدادها لشهر رمضانوتفصيلًا, تأتي الوظائف التعليمية المعلنة على رتبة (معلم ممارس) في عددٍ من التخصصات بما يغطي حاجة المدارس من المعلمين والمعلمات، بعد استيفاء متطلبات التقديم، واجتياز معايير المفاضلة، وسيتم إعلان الترشيح المبدئي يوم الأحد 23 رمضان 1446هـ الموافق 23 مارس 2025م، وإجراء المقابلات الشخصية ومطابقة الوثائق لشغل الوظـائف التعليمية يوم الثلاثاء 01 ذو القعدة 1446هـ الموافق 29 أبريل 2025 م، وذلك في مقرات إدارات التعليم العامة التي تم ترشيحهم عليها، فيما ستبدأ مرحلة إعلان نتائج الترشيح النهائي للمتقدمين والمتقدمات يوم الأحد 02 صفر 1447هـ، الموافق 27 يوليو 2025م بعد استيفاء مسوغات ومتطلبات اجتياز شغل الوظيفة وفق الإجراءات المعتمدة لدى الإدارات العامة للتعليم.
وتعتمد المفاضلة النهائية بين المرشحين على ضوابط وشروط شغل الوظائف التعليمية التي تتضمن: المعدل التراكمي (10%)، وأقدمية التخرّج (10%)، ودرجة اختبار الرخصة المهنية للعام (30%)، ودرجة اختبار الرخصة المهنية للتخصص (50%).
ويأتي إعلان التقديم على الوظائف التعليمية بنظام التعاقد المكاني مرتبطًا بالتوجهات المستقبلية لوزارة التعليم، وجزءًا من التحول في المنظومة التعليمية لاستقطاب الكوادر التعليمية المؤهلة، وفق ضوابط واشتراطات تحقق الكفاءة والمهنية، وتسهم في تحسين نواتج التعلم، وتعزيز جودة التعليم، إذ تتطلب التميّز المهني وتحقيق أعلى المعايير بتطبيق أدوات قياس معيارية تتيح اختيار الأكفاء من النواحي العملية والنظرية والتطبيقية، إلى جانب التأهيل المهني من خلال البرامج والدورات الملزمة التي ينفذها المعهد الوطني للتطوير المهني التعليمي وصولًا إلى "تمهين التعليم" بإيجاد معلم مؤهل حاصل على الرخصة المهنية لمزاولة مهنة التعليم.
