وزير العمل يُعلن عدم إدراج مصر على قائمة الملاحظات الدولية لعام 2024

أعلن حسن شحاتة وزير العمل اليوم الأحد، أن منظمة العمل الدولية التابعة للأمم المتحدة لم تُدرج مصر على قائمة الملاحظات الدولية المُقرر مُناقشتها خلال فعاليات الدورة 112 لمؤتمر العمل الدولي المُنعقد في جنيف مطلع الشهر المُقبل "يونيو 2024" بحضور مُمثلين عن 187 دولة حول العالم من "وزارات عمل وأصحاب أعمال وعمال".
جاءت تصريحات الوزير خلال رئاسته اليوم الأحد،للجلسة الثانية للمجلس الأعلى للحوار الإجتماعي في مجال العمل لمناقشة لمشروع قانون العمل،تمهيدًا لعرضه على مجلس النواب ،وإصداره،للمزيد من الأمان الوظيفي للعامل،والتشجيع على الإستثمار.
وقال الوزير إن عدم إدارج مصر على قائمة الملاحظات الدولية لعام 2024 - التي تضم هذا العام 40 دولة- يؤكد إمتثالها لمعايير العمل الدولية ،وسياساتها المُتجه نحو المزيد من الحماية والرعاية للعمال ،تنفيذًا لتوجيهات الرئيس عبدالفتاح السيسي رئيس الجمهورية، الحريص دائمًا على توفير الحياة الكريمة للمواطنين وفي القلب منهم العمال،في إطار الجمهورية الجديدة التي يُرسي قواعدها السيد الرئيس.
وأشاد الوزير بالعلاقات مع منظمة العمل الدولية من خلال العديد من البرامج والأنشطة التي تهدف إلى المزيد من تعزيز علاقات العمل.
كما أشاد المجلس الأعلى للحوار الإجتماعي بجهود وزارة العمل نحو تعزيز علاقات العمل،وتحقيق التوزان بين طرفي العملية الإنتاجية..
وشهدت مصر خلال الفترة الماضية حزمة من سياسات للحماية الاجتماعية، ومنها رفع الحد الأدنى للأجور ورفع الأجور في صندوق إعانات الطوارئ للعمال ودمج ذوي الهمم في سوق العمل وحماية العمالة غير المنتظمة وترسيخ ثقافة الحقوق والحريات النقابية والعمل الأفضل والسلامة والصحة المهنية داخل بيئة العمل والتمسك بالحوار الإجتماعي بين أطراف العمل الثلاثة من حكومة وأصحاب أعمال وعمال ،أثناء مُناقشة كافة القضايا المُرتبطة بعالم العمل والعمال.

وجاءت عملية اختيار الفائزين من خلال لجان مستقلة ضمت نخبة من الخبراء المتخصصين في هذا القطاع، تم اختيارهم بعناية من قبل الجمعية السعودية للمحللين الماليين المعتمدين، وكذلك جمعية علاقات المستثمرين في الشرق الأوسط، حيث تم تقييم المتنافسين بناءً على معايير صارمة لضمان تحقيق أعلى مستويات التميز ضمن مجالهم.

وأضاف: " هذا التكريم يعزز مكانتنا في القطاع المصرفي بشكل أكبر، ولهذا سنواصل العمل على تعزيز الأثر البيئي والاجتماعي للاستدامة، ترسيخًا لدورنا كمساهم رئيسي في تحقيق الأهداف المتعلقة بهذا المجال."
يواصل "الأول" دوره الريادي حيث كان أول بنك في المملكة يضع استراتيجية متكاملة للاستدامة، تتضمن التزامات لتحقيق الحياد الصفري في العمليات التشغيلية بحلول عام 2035، والحياد الصفري في الانبعاثات الممولة بحلول عام 2060. كما خصص البنك مبلغ 34 مليار ريال سعودي للتمويل المستدام بحلول عام 2025 بما يتماشى مع التوجهات الوطنية ومبادرة السعودية الخضراء.
كما يتولى حاليًا رئاسة اللجنة الاستشارية المصرفية للاستدامة تحت إشراف البنك المركزي السعودي "ساما" مما يعزز مكانته كقائد في مجال التمويل المستدام.
