انطلاق تسليم أراضي "بيت الوطن" بالمرحلة التكميلية غدا الأحد

أعلن الدكتور عاصم الجزار وزير الإسكان والمرافق والمجتمعات العمرانية، تسليم قطع أراضي «بيت الوطن» للعاملين بالخارج بالمرحلة التكميلية 2 بمدينة العبور، غدا الأحد وذلك في أيامٍ محددة.
وأوضح المهندس أحمد رشاد رئيس جهاز تنمية مدينة العبور، أنه سيجري تسليم 22 قطعة أرض بالحي الرابع، يومي الأحد والاثنين 19 و20 مايو، و10 قطع أراض بالحي التاسع، يوم الثلاثاء 12/5/2024، و 6 قطع بالحي السادس الأربعاء 22/5/2024.
وتسليم 8 قطع بالحي الأول الخميس 23/5/2024، و9 قطع بالحي الثاني يوم الأحد 26/5/2024، و7 قطع في الحي الترفيهي يوم الاثنين 27/5/2024، وتخصيص الأيام من 28 حتى 30 مايو للذين تخلفوا عن الاستلام في المواعيد السابقة.
وتتواجد أراضي بيت الوطن في 5 مدن، هي: «القاهرة الجديدة - 6 أكتوبر - الشيخ زايد - العبور - بدر».
1- السداد بالعملة الأجنبیة (الدولار).
2- الحجز والسداد عن طريق تحويل بنكي من الخارج بالدولار أو من الداخل بشرط توافر العاملة الحسابات البنكية قبل بدء الحجز بـ 60 یومًا.
3- يحظر الإيداع النقدي بالدولار طبقا لتعلیمات البنك المركزي المصري.
4- أن یكون الحاجز متمتعًا بالجنسیة المصریة.
5- ألا یقل سن الحاجز عن 21 سنة مع السماح بالحجز للقاصر بولایة أحد والدیه.
6- السماح للحاجز أو الشریك بحجز أكثر من قطعة أرض.
7- فتح باب استقبال التحویلات للأراضي (الاستكمالات – تحويل جديد) اعتبـارًا من يوم 15 مايو، ولمدة 10 أیام عمل.
8- یبدأ التخصیص بعد إقفال باب الحجز بـ 20 یومًا.
