القبض على مقيم لتحرشه بامرأة في المدينة المنورة

قبضت شرطة منطقة المدينة المنورة على المقيم من الجنسية البنجلاديشية مد عبدالله المأمون لتحرشه بامرأة، وجرى إيقافه واتخاذ الإجراءات النظامية بحقه، وإحالته إلى النيابة العامة.

وكانت النيابة قد أوضحت أن عقوبة جريمة التحرش، إن وقعت الجريمة في مكان عمل أو دراسة أو إيواء أو رعاية، السجن مدة تصل إلى 5 سنوات وبغرامة مالية تصل إلى 300 ألف ريال، أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين.

وأضافت: "يحق لكل من اطلع على حالة تحرش إبلاغ الجهات المختصة، لاتخاذ ما تراه".
