مؤسس طب الحالات الحرجة في مصر يكشف سر اختفاء "كورونا"

أكد الدكتور شريف مختار، مؤسس طب الحالات الحرجة في مصر، أنه أصيب بفيروس كورونا مرتين من ذي قبل، معلقا "أصبت به مرتين بعد أخذ الفاكسين بنفس الأعراض وهي سخونية وألم في أطراف الأعصاب".
رئيس جامعة أسيوط يشهد افتتاح مؤتمر حول أساسيات الطب الرئوي ترحيل سائق أوبر المتهم بمحاولة اغتصاب فتاة من الطب الشرعي الموت الرحيموأضاف "مختار" خلال لقائه مع الإعلامي حمدي رزق، ببرنامج "نظرة" المذاع على فضائية "صدى البلد"، "تم علاجي في يومين فقط بنفس العلاج الذي تلقاه الرئيس الأمريكي السابق دونالد ترامب، وهو مرض متوطن فقد شراسته وأرفض مؤامرة أنه مرض مصنوع".
ومن ناحية أخرى أضاف أن هناك نظرية تقول إنه من المحتمل أن لا ينجح نقل عضو وزرعه في شخص آخر إذا توقف القلب، وأرفض فكرة الموت الرحيم.
الموسيقى والطبوتابع "لا مانع من التبرع بالأعضاء مثل قرنية العين والكلية وفصوص الكبد، ودار الإفتاء حرمت بيع الأعضاء فقط ولم تحرم التبرع بها، والدين لم يكن عائقا أمام الطب".
وأشار إلى أنه حاول إدخال الموسيقى لقسم الحالات الحرجة بمستشفى قصر العيني لوجود علاقة تكاملية بين الفن والطب، وتخفيف الألم عن المرضى، متابعًا "الموسيقى ليست علاجا وإنما كنا نستخدمها لتخفيف التوتر خلال القيام بالعمليات الجراحية".

انطلقت أمس فعاليات المؤتمر العالمي التاسع للعناية الحرجة، بمستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالسويدي، تحت شعار "أنسنة العناية الحرجة والنهج المتمركز حول المريضHumanizing Critical Care Communication, and Patient – Centered Approaches"، والمعتمد من الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية بواقع "30" ساعة تعليم طبي، ويشارك فيه "62" متحدثاً من الأطباء العالميين المتخصصين في العناية الحرجة من خارج وداخل المملكة، ويقدم فيه مايزيد عن "75" محاضرة و"20" جلسة نقاشية، و"4" ورش عمل، وتستمر فعالياته حتى السادس من فبراير الجاري.
وبدأ حفل افتتاح المؤتمر الذي رعاه الأستاذ الدكتور سليمان الماجد نائب الرئيس الأول للشؤون الطبية، بكلمة للدكتور عدنان الغامدي رئيس اللجنة المنظمة والمدير الطبي للعناية المركزة بالمجموعة، رحب فيها بالمشاركين والحضور، وبين أن هذا المؤتمر يأتي في إطار مساعي المجموعة للإرتقاء بخدمات الرعاية الصحية، من خلال تدريب الممارسين الصحيين، واطلاعهم على أحدث الدراسات والتقنيات وأفضل الممارسات والتجارب الرائدة ، المختصة بسلامة المرضى في العناية الحرجة، محليًّا ودولياً.

من جانبه جدد رئيس اللجنة العلمية د. خالد الحربي الترحيب بالحضور وشكرهم على المشاركة، مشيراً إلى أن المؤتمر يحظى بأهمية كبيرة، بالنظر إلى أنه استقطب أكثر من "60" من الأطباء العالميين المتخصصين في العناية المركزة، إضافة إلى أنه يستعرض أحدث مستجدات طب العناية المركزة، ويناقش حزمة من قضايا التخصص المختارة بعناية، كالتحديات في مجال سلامة المرضى، وتوفير بيئة آمنة للرعاية الصحية، ومناقشة آلية تحسين وتقوية إجراءات سلامة المرضى، بالإضافة إلى سبل الارتقاء بمستوى العناية الطبية الفائقة والنظرة المستقبلية للعناية الحرجة المتوافقة مع رؤية المملكة 2030 الطموحة، وغيرها من الموضوعات الهامة.
