وزير الخارجية الأمريكية يمنح سلطات كييف حرية قصف الأراضي الروسية

حول رهانات واشنطن الحالية على كييف، كتب دانيلا مويسيف، في "نيزافيسيمايا غازيتا":
اجتمع زعيما روسيا وأوكرانيا مع حلفائهما الرئيسيين. فبينما كان فلاديمير بوتين يجري محادثات في بكين، أنهى وزير الخارجية الأمريكية أنتوني بلينكن زيارته إلى كييف. وخلافًا للافتراضات، لم يفرض عميد الدبلوماسية الأمريكية حظرا على قصف الأراضي الروسية.
وفي الصدد، يرى عميد كلية السياسة العالمية بجامعة موسكو الحكومية، أندريه سيدوروف، أن هدف الولايات المتحدة الآن هو الحفاظ على الدولة الأوكرانية. ومن المهم، بالنسبة لإدارة البيت الأبيض الحالية، ألا تتمكن روسيا من اختراق الجبهة بحلول منتصف الشهر المقبل، موعد انعقاد مؤتمر السلام.
وقال، لـ"نيزافيسيمايا غازيتا": "مفاوضات السلام، أصبحت أقل احتمالا، فمن أجل أن تكون ممكنة، يجب تشكيل موقف مناسب يتوافق مع ما يحدث على الجبهة".
"كما أنه ليس من الواضح تمامًا إلى أي عمق يعتزم الكرملين إنشاء المنطقة العازلة". أما "بقاء الدولة الأوكرانية فبحد ذاته أمر خطير، لأنها في عموم الأحوال ستكون معادية لروسيا، والحياد يتلاشى بسرعة كبيرة في الوقت الحاضر. بالتأكيد لن تسمح الصين بهزيمة روسيا، لأنها قد تجد نفسها وحيدة في مواجهة الغرب. ومما يدل على نوايا الولايات المتحدة نشاطها في آسيا الوسطى. مسألة أخرى أن بكين ترغب في إنهاء الصراع في أسرع وقت ممكن".
ويرى سيدوروف أن الزعيم الفرنسي إيمانويل ماكرون، بتصريحاته حول احتمال نشر قوات في أوكرانيا، رفع بنفسه المخاطر في الصراع ومنح موقف الصين مسوغًا؛ علمًا بأن "عدوانية السياسيين الأوروبيين المتصاعدة تجاه روسيا لا تصب إلا في مصلحة الولايات المتحدة، حيث يمكنها بسهولة تحميل عبء إمداد الجيش الأوكراني على الاتحاد الأوروبي وبريطانيا".
