أعلنت الوطنية للإسكان NHC عن إطلاق النسخة الرابعة من برنامج "واعد" لتدريب 150 متدرب ومتدربة حديثي التخرج من حملة البكالوريوس والماجستير، وذلك اعتباراً من تاريخ 15 مايو 2024 وحتى 5 يونيو 2024، داعية الراغبين في التقديم ممن تنطبق عليهم الشروط الدخول عبر الرابط

وبيّنت الوطنية للإسكان أن البرنامج مخصص للشباب السعوديين ممن لم يتجاوزوا الـ 25 عامًا، شريطة ان يكون المتقدم حاصلاً على درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في التخصصات المستهدفة بمعدلٍ تراكمي لا يقل عن (5/ 3.75) أو (4/ 2.50)، حيث ينفذ على فترة زمنية تبلغ 6 أشهر، وتُتيح فرصة العمل مع أفضل الخبراء المحترفين سواءً في المشاريع أو بين الأقسام داخل القطاعات في الشركة، كما تشتمل دورات تدريبية مكثفة ومتخصصة تتنوع ما بين التدريب الحضوري، والافتراضي والإلكتروني بالإضافة إلى جلسات توجيهية فردية وجماعية.
وأكّدت أن برنامج "واعد" يُعزز الاستثمار في تنمية الجيل القادم من حديثي التخرج في مختلف التخصصات، وذلك من خلال برنامج التدريب على رأس العمل والذي يشتمل على أساليب مختلفة للتطوير وإعدادهم للعمل بمهنية عالية، ودعم سوق العمل بمخرجات احترافية والمساهمة في إثراء صناعة التطوير العقاري ودعم سوق العمل السعودي بسواعدٍ طموحه، ويساهم في دعم المحتوى المحلي عن طريق تأهيل وتطوير القدرات البشرية من حديثي التخرج وتجهيزهم بشكل احترافي لسوق العمل من خلال استخدام أفضل القنوات التدريبية المناسبة، كما يعزز من خلق فرصٍ نوعية للشباب والشابات في مختلف مناطق المملكة.
الجدير بالذكر أن الوطنية للإسكان صممت البرنامج وفق خطة خمسية تستهدف تدريب وتأهيل أكثر من 500 مرشّح من حديثي التخرج حتى عام 2025، ويأتي ذلك ضمن جهودها المبذولة لدعم وتنمية المحتوى المحلي ببرامج تدريبية تستقطب من خلالها المواهب المستقبلية الشابة وتمكّنهم من العمل باحترافية واكتساب خبرات ومهارات متعددة في مجالات متنوعة عبر العمل مع أصحاب الخبرات العالية، التي بدورها ستسهم في تحقيق مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030 لتتبوأ المملكة مكانة ريادية على جميع الأصعدة وتكون في مقدمة دول العالم.
