برعاية معالي وزير الشؤون البلدية والقروية والإسكان الأستاذ ماجد بن عبدالله الحقيل، وبحضور عدد من الشركات المحلية والدولية، أعلنت الوطنية للإسكان NHC عن إقامتها منتدى الوطنية للإسكان لسلاسل الإمداد العقاري 2024، خلال الفترة 20-21 مايو الحالي، وذلك بهدف تعزيز التعاون وبناء شراكات نوعية مع كبرى مزودي الخدمات بما ينعكس على تعزيز تنمية قطاه التطوير العقاري وانجاز وطرح المزيد من المشاريع السكنية المتكاملة التي تراعي الجودة والسعر المناسب.

كما سيتضمن المنتدى عددٍ من الجلسات الحوارية لاستكشاف لتسليط الضوء على أحدث ما توصلت إليه تقنيات صناعات مواد البناء وتبادل الخبرات بين الشركات المحلية والعالمية لتعزيز شبكات سلاسل الإمداد، وتوسيع نطاقها في مختلف القطاعات، وذلك عبر تقديم رؤى مفصلة وعميقة حول المجالات المختلفة المفتوحة للتعاون وإتاحة نظرة شاملة على قطاع العقارات والبناء والاستثمار.​
وكشفت الوطنية للإسكان مؤخرًا عن توقيع اتفاقية تعاون مع مجموعة سيتيك الصينية للإنشاءات، وذلك لإنشاء مدينة صناعية ومناطق لوجستية لمواد البناء، لتأمين سلاسل الإمداد للمشاريع السكنية وضمان تنفيذها في الوقت المستهدف، وبالجودة العالية، من خلال جذب 12 مصنعًا من أكبر المصانع المتخصصة في مواد البناء والاستفادة من التجارب الصينية إلى جانب دخول عدد من المصانع المحلية للارتقاء بمستوى الأعمال وجذب أفضل مزودي الخدمات لمختلف قطاعات الشركة والشركات التابعة لها، والمشاريع الأخرى وفق أعلى المعايير العالمية.​
يذكر أن "الوطنية للإسكان" تُعد أكبر مطور عقاري في الشرق الأوسط، حيث تهدف إلى تطوير ضواح سكنية ومجتمعات عمرانية متكاملة من خلال تطوير 9 ضواحٍ سكنية متكاملة وضخ 300 ألف وحدة سكنية بنهاية 2025م، وذلك في إطار سعيها إلى تحقيق مستهدفات برنامج الإسكان -أحد برامج رؤية السعودية 2030- برفع نسبة التملك السكني للأسر السعودية إلى 70%
