أعلنت الكويت تشكيل حكومة جديدة برئاسة الشيخ أحمد عبد الله الصباح، بعد يومين من قرار حل البرلمان وتعليق العمل ببعض مواد الدستور لمدة 4 سنوات.
وبحسب وكالة الأنباء الكويتية “كونا”، “تضمنت الحكومة الجديدة 13 حقيبة وزارية، واحتفظ عماد العتيقي بمنصب وزير النفط، وأنور علي المضف بوزارة المالية، وعبد الله علي اليحيا بالخارجية، كما احتفظ الشيخ فهد اليوسف الصباح بمنصبه كنائب أول لرئيس الوزراء ووزير الدفاع كما أضيفت إليه حقيبة الداخلية بعد أن تولاها بالوكالة في الحكومة السابقة”.
ونص المرسوم، الذي وقعه أمير البلاد الشيخ مشعل الأحمد الصباح، أنه “على رئيس مجلس الوزراء والوزراء تنفيذ هذا المرسوم ويعمل به من تاريخ صدوره وينشر في الجريدة الرسمية”.
وبحسب وكالة الأنباء الكويتية “كونا”، شمل المرسوم التعيينات التالية:
فهد يوسف سعود الصباح، نائبًا أول لرئيس مجلس الوزراء ووزيرًا للدفاع ووزيرًا للداخلية. شريدة عبدالله سعد المعوشرجي نائبا لرئيس مجلس الوزراء ووزير دولة لشؤون مجلس الوزراء. عماد محمد عبدالعزيز العتيقي نائبا لرئيس مجلس الوزراء ووزيرا للنفط. عبدالرحمن بداح عبدالرحمن المطيري وزيرًا للاعلام والثقافة. أحمد عبدالوهاب أحمد العوضي وزيرًا للصحة. أنور علي عبدالله المضف وزيرًا للمالية ووزير دولة للشؤون الاقتصادية والاستثمار. عادل محمد عبدالله العدواني وزيرا للتربية ووزيرًا للتعليم العالي والبحث العلمي. عبدالله علي عبدالله اليحيا وزيرا للخارجية. نورة محمد خالد المشعان وزيرًا للأشغال العامة ووزيرًا للبلدية. محمد ابراهيم محمد الوسمي وزيرا للعدل ووزيرًا للأوقاف والشؤون الإسلامية. عمر سعود عبدالعزيز العمر وزيرًا للتجارة والصناعة ووزير دولة لشؤون الاتصالات. محمود عبدالعزيز محمود بوشهري وزيرا للكهرباء والماء والطاقة المتجددة ووزير دولة لشؤون الاسكان. أمثال هادي هايف الحويلة وزيرا للشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل وشؤون الأسرة والطفولة ووزير دولة لشؤون الشباب.وكانت أمير الكويت، “أمر قبل أيام بحل البرلمان وتعليق العمل ببعض مواد الدستور لمدة لا تزيد عن أربع سنوات”، وقال الأمير في كلمة له: “لن أسمح على الاطلاق بأن تستغل الديمقراطية لتحطيم الدولة”.
هذا وبحسب وكالة رويترز، “تعيش الكويت أزمات متتالية منذ سنوات بسبب الخلافات المستمرة والصراعات بين الحكومات التي يعينها الأمير والبرلمانات المنتخبة انتخابا مباشرا، الأمر الذي أعاق جهود الإصلاح الاقتصادي وعطل كثيرا المشروعات التنموية التي تحتاجها البلاد”.
