الوطنية للإسكان توقع اتفاقية مع شركة الصين لهندسة الآلات CMEC لإنشاء 20 ألف وحدة سكنية

وقعت الشركة الوطنية للإسكان " NHC " في العاصمة الصينية بكين اتفاقية تعاون مع شركة الصين لهندسة الآلات CMEC لإنشاء 20 ألف وحدة سكنية ضمن الضواحي والمجتمعات السكنية التي تطورها الشركة، وذلك ضمن الزيارة الرسمية التي أجراها معالي وزير الشؤون البلدية والقروية والإسكان، رئيس لجنة برنامج الإسكان الأستاذ ماجد بن عبدالله الحقيل لجمهورية الصين الشعبية، حيث مثّل الشركة الوطنية للإسكان في مراسم توقيع الاتفاقية سعادة الرئيس التنفيذي الأستاذ محمد بن صالح البطي.

وأكدت الشركة أن هذه الاتفاقية تأتي استكمالا لمشاريعها النوعية مع كبرى شركات الإنشاءات العالمية؛ موضحة أنه سيتم تنفيذها بمساحات متنوعة ضمن الضواحي والمجتمعات العمرانية التابعة للوطنية للإسكان، والتي تتميز بتكامل المرافق والخدمات سواء الصحية والتعليمية والتجارية بالإضافة إلى العديد من الخدمات العامة.

يذكر أن "الوطنية للإسكان" أكبر مطور عقاري في الشرق الأوسط، حيث تهدف إلى تطوير ضواحي سكنية مجتمعات عمرانية متكاملة وتعزيز الوحدات السكنية بالمملكة، من خلال تطوير 9 ضواحٍ سكنية متكاملة وضخ 300 ألف وحدة سكنية بنهاية 2025م، وذلك في إطار سعيها إلى تحقيق مستهدفات برنامج الإسكان -أحد برامج رؤية السعودية 2030- برفع نسبة التملك السكني للأسر السعودية إلى ٪70.
