أكثر من مليار دولار مبيعات البنك المركزي إلى مصارف أحزاب الفساد خلال الأيام الخمسة الماضية

آخر تحديث: 11 ماي 2024 - 3:49 م بغداد/ شبكة أخبار العراق-قال مراسلنا، السبت، أن البنك المركزي باع خلال الأسبوع الماضي ولمدة 5 ايام التي فتح بها المزاد إلى مصارف أحزاب الفساد والتبعية مليارا، و395 مليونا، و25 الفا، و 507 دولارات، بمعدل يومي بلغ 279 مليونا، و5 آلاف، و 101 دولار مرتفعة عما سجله الذي سبقه، و الذي بلغ مليارا و348 مليونا، و 235 الفاً، و509 دولارات.
وكانت أعلى مبيعات للدولار هي في يوم الاثنين الماضي حيث بلغت 283 مليونا، و 620 الفا، و620 دولارا، فيما كانت أقل المبيعات ليوم الاربعاء حيث بلغت المبيعات فيه 275 مليونا، و 539 الفاً، و 423 دولاراً.واشار مراسلنا الى ان مبيعات الحوالات الخارجية خلال الاسبوع الماضي بلغت مليارا و 313 مليونا و 685 الفا و507 دولارات بنسبة ارتفاع بلغت 94 % مقارنة بالمبيعات النقدية التي بلغت 81 مليونا 340 ألف دولار.وأوضح مراسلنا، أن المبيعات ذهبت على شكل نقدي وحوالات للخارج لتمويل التجارة الخارجية، فيما بلغ سعر بيع مبالغ الاعتمادات المستندية والتسويات الدولية للبطاقات الالكترونية 1305 دنانير لكل دولار، فيما بلغ سعر بيع مبالغ الحوالات الى الخارج وسعر البيع النقدي 1310 دنانير لكل دولار.

وشهد المزاد إقبالًا كبيرًا من المستثمرين والمهتمين بالقطاع العقاري، حيث أعرب سليمان الحربي، نائب الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة "أدير العقارية"، عن سعادته لهذا الحضور الكبير، وكما عبَر عن فخره بنجاح المزاد قائلًا: "إن بيع كافة أراضي مخطط "المشرق" يعكس ثقة المستثمرين في مشاريعنا التي تتميز بمقوماتها الاستثمارية العالية، كما أنه يؤكد مكانة الشركة الرائدة في مجال التسويق العقاري، وأضاف: "هذا المخطط يعد إضافة نوعية لسوق العقارات في مدينة الخبر، حيث يجمع بين الموقع المتميز والتصميم العصري والبنية التحتية المتطورة، مما يجعله خيارًا مثاليًا للاستثمارات السكنية والتجارية والسياحية".
