عاجل .. السلطة المحلية: جميع الطرقات من جانب محافظة مأرب مفتوحة منذ قرابة 3 أشهر ونستغرب تأخر الحوثي كل هذه المدة للتعاطي مع مبادرة فتح الطرقات

أكد مصدر مسؤول بالسلطة المحلية بمحافظة مأرب أن جميع الطرقات من جانب محافظة مأرب مفتوحة من تاريخ ٢٢ فبراير ٢٠٢٤م عقب قيام عضو مجلس القيادة الرئاسي محافظ مأرب ومعه رئيس هيئة الأركان العامة بفتح طريق (مأرب - فرضة نهم - صنعاء) وتوجيهه بفتح جميع الطرقات الأخرى من ذلك التاريخ للتخفيف عن المواطنين من عناء الطرق البديلة والمرهقة.
وقال المصدر: " طالعنا في وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، يوم أمس الجمعة، قيام بعض الوسطاء المحليين بالحديث عن فتح طريق مأرب البيضاء ".
مضيفاً: " نستغرب تأخر الحوثي كل هذه المدة للتعاطي مع مبادرة فتح الطرقات رغم ما تمثله من أولوية ملحة للمسافرين وحياة الناس ".
وأكد المصدر المسؤول على أهمية قيام قيادة مليشيات الحوثي ممن يمتلك القرار الفعلي بالإعلان عن فتح الطريق بشكل رسمي وواضح وتحمل مسؤولياتهم لما من شأنه إلزام مجاميعهم بوقف إطلاق النار على امتداد الطريق وإثبات جديتهم بهذا الخصوص.
وجددت السلطة المحلية تأكيدها على فتح جميع الطرقات كحق أصيل للمواطن اليمني في كل المحافظات.

وتعتمد المفاضلة النهائية بين المرشحين على ضوابط وشروط شغل الوظائف التعليمية التي تتضمن: المعدل التراكمي (10%)، وأقدمية التخرّج (10%)، ودرجة اختبار الرخصة المهنية للعام (30%)، ودرجة اختبار الرخصة المهنية للتخصص (50%).
ويأتي إعلان التقديم على الوظائف التعليمية بنظام التعاقد المكاني مرتبطًا بالتوجهات المستقبلية لوزارة التعليم، وجزءًا من التحول في المنظومة التعليمية لاستقطاب الكوادر التعليمية المؤهلة، وفق ضوابط واشتراطات تحقق الكفاءة والمهنية، وتسهم في تحسين نواتج التعلم، وتعزيز جودة التعليم، إذ تتطلب التميّز المهني وتحقيق أعلى المعايير بتطبيق أدوات قياس معيارية تتيح اختيار الأكفاء من النواحي العملية والنظرية والتطبيقية، إلى جانب التأهيل المهني من خلال البرامج والدورات الملزمة التي ينفذها المعهد الوطني للتطوير المهني التعليمي وصولًا إلى "تمهين التعليم" بإيجاد معلم مؤهل حاصل على الرخصة المهنية لمزاولة مهنة التعليم.
