أرامكو السعودية تعلن عن ارباح فلكية للربع الأول من عام 2024

كشفت شركة أرامكو السعودية عن نتائجها للربع الأول من العام الحالي 2024، وظل صافي الدخل للربع الأول قويًا مع إحراز الشركة تقدمًا في إستراتيجية النمو، فيما بلغ صافي الدخل: 102.3 مليار ريال سعودي (27.3 مليار دولار أمريكي)، (الربع الأول 2023: 119.5 مليار ريال سعودي/31.9 مليار دولار أمريكي)، وبلغت التدفقات النقدية من أنشطة التشغيل: 126.
نسبة المديونية1: -3.8% كما في 31 مارس 2024، مقارنة مع -6.3% في نهاية عام 2023.
وستُدفع في الربع الثاني توزيعات أرباح أساسية عن الربع الأول من عام 2024 قدرها 76.1 مليار ريال سعودي (20.3 مليار دولار أمريكي)، وتوزيعات الأرباح الرابعة المرتبطة بالأداء وقدرها 40.4 مليار ريال سعودي (10.8 مليار دولار أمريكي)
وتتوقع الشركة أن يبلغ إجمالي الأرباح التي يُعتزم إعلانها في عام 2024 مقدار 466.1 مليار ريال سعودي (124.3 مليار دولار أمريكي) 2، تشمل أرباحاً أساسية بمقدار 304.4 مليار ريال سعودي (81.2 مليار دولار أمريكي) 2 وأرباح مرتبطة بالأداء بمقدار 161.7 مليار ريال سعودي (43.1 مليار دولار أمريكي) 2
كما تمت ترسية عقود الهندسة والمشتريات والبناء بقيمة 28.9 مليار ريال سعودي (7.7 مليار دولار أمريكي) لمشروع توسعة معمل الغاز في الفاضلي والذي يُتوقع أن يضيف 1.5 مليار قدم مكعبة قياسية في اليوم من طاقة المعالجة.
وأعلنت الشركة عن إضافة 15 تريليون قدم مكعبة قياسية إلى احتياطيات الغاز المؤكدة، وملياري برميل من المكثفات في حقل الجافورة غير التقليدي.
وأكملت أرامكو السعودية استحواذها على حصة ملكية بنسبة 100% في شركة التجزئة التشيلية «إسماكس»، مما يدعم توسع الشركة في أعمال قطاع التكرير والكيميائيات والتسويق.
ومضاعفة إجمالي تمويل رأس المال الجريء ليصل إلى 28.1 مليار ريال سعودي (7.5 مليار دولار أمريكي)، مما يُوسع قدرة الشركة على تمويل تقنيات مبتكرة في مجموعة متنوعة من القطاعات تشمل مجال الاستدامة والمجال الرقمي.
وتعليقًا على هذه النتائج، قال رئيس أرامكو السعودية وكبير إدارييها التنفيذيين، المهندس أمين بن حسن الناصر:
«واصلت أرامكو السعودية، بحمد الله، تحقيق نتائج قوية في الربع الأول، كما أحرزنا تقدمًا في تنفيذ أهدافنا الإستراتيجية لتوسيع قدراتنا بمجال الغاز، وكذلك توسيع نطاق أعمالنا في قطاع التكرير والكيميائيات والتسويق على المستوى العالمي.
منذ بداية العام وحتى اليوم، رفعنا هدفنا لإنتاج الغاز بحلول العام 2030، وأعلنّا احتياطيات كبيرة من الغاز والمكثفات المؤكدة في حقل الجافورة، كما أرسينا عقودًا لتوسيع طاقة المعالجة في معمل الغاز في الفاضلي، وعززنا توسعنا في الأسواق العالمية الرئيسة من خلال استكمال أول استثمار لنا في قطاع التجزئة بأمريكا الجنوبية، وزيادة حجم برنامجنا العالمي لرأس المال الجريء بأكثر من الضعف.
نرى أن الطاقة التقليدية ستبقى في صميم مزيج الطاقة العالمي في المستقبل المنظور، مع إضافة حلول بديلة بمرور الوقت. وبناءً على ذلك، أتوقع أن تتطور محفظتنا الاستثمارية حيث نهدف إلى الإسهام في تحوّل الطاقة الذي يعالج التحديات المناخية، وفي الوقت نفسه تكون الطاقة بأسعار معقولة وموثوقة ومرنة.
