من جانبه، أوضح مدير المعهد الصناعي الثانوي بالدمام والمشرف على البرنامج المهندس إسماعيل بن عباس المطاوعة، أن “بيدي” يعد من المبادرات الرائدة في مجال التدريب المهني للفتيات، حيث يشمل تأهيلهن في تخصصات مطلوبة في سوق العمل، وذلك بإشراف مدربين متخصصين وفي بيئة تدريبية متكاملة.
