عاجل | النيابة العامة: التستر وغسل الأموال يطيح بوافد وثلاثة مواطنين؛ لإخفائهم مئتي مليون ريال سعودي

أنهت نيابة الجرائم الاقتصادية تحقيقاتها مع وافد وثلاثة مواطنين بتهمة التستر وغسل الأموال.
وكشفت إجراءات التحقيق قيام مواطنة بفتح كيان تجاري لتحصيل الديون وتسليمه لزوجها الذي قام بدوره بتمكين الوافد من إدارة الكيان وحساباته البنكية، وقيام مواطن آخر بذات الأسلوب الإجرامي؛ مما مكن الوافد من استغلال تلك الحسابات البنكية بإيداعات نقدية بلغت أكثر من (٢٠٠.

٠٠٠.٠٠٠ ريال) "مئتي مليون ريال سعودي" يقابلها حوالات خارجية دون وجود واردات جمركية، وبالتحقق من الأموال تبين أنها ناتجة عن جرائم ومخالفات لعدد من الأنظمة، كما تم العثور على المئات من سندات تحويل المبالغ المالية المتضمنة أن مبرر الحوالة هو شراء بضائع من إحدى الدول المصدرة، ووثائق استلام وتسليم صورية وغير حقيقية.
