نقيب الفلاحين: توريد ما يقارب مليون طن من الأقماح للحكومة

قال حسين عبد الرحمن أبو صدام نقيب عام الفلاحين إن المزارعين وردوا للحكومة ما يقارب مليون طن من الأقماح حتى الآن وإن الإقبال علي توريد القمح الموسم الحالي أعلى بكثير من الكميات التي استلمتها الحكومة في نفس التوقيت في العام الماضي، لافتا إلى أن الشرقية هي أعلى محافظات مصر حتى الآن توريدا للقمح حيث وردت وحدها 250 ألف طن تقريبا.
وأضاف عبد الرحمن أن النقابة العامة للفلاحين شكلت لجانا لمتابعة توريد الأقماع في جميع محافظات مصر المنتجة للأقماح لمساعدة الحكومة في استلام أكبر كمية ممكنة من الأقماح المحلية ولتسهيل إجراءات توريد الأقماح وتذليل العقبات أمام الموردين تفعيلا لدور النقابة لخدمة الفلاحين ومساعدة الجهات الحكومية المعنية لزيادة نسبة توريد الأقماح بما يخفض فاتورة استيراد الأقماح ويوفر الخبز المدعم للمواطنين.
وأشار أبوصدام إلى أنه وفي إطار المتابعة اليومية المستمرة من لجان النقابة علي أرض الواقع فقد رصدنا انتظام عملية توريد الأقماح من المزارعين في كافة مواقع الاستلام علي مستوي الجمهورية وصرف مستحقات الموردين في غضون 48 ساعة من وقت التوريد كما تم توريد كميات كبيرة من الأقماح منذ بداية عمليات التوريد في 15 أبريل الجاري فقد تم 250 ألف طن من الأقماح بمحافظة الشرقية منذ بدء التوريد وحتي الآن كما تم توريد نحو 90 ألف طن من محافظة الدقهلية واكثر من 70 ألف طن بمحافظة الوادي الجديد ونحو 50 ألف طن من محافظة كفر الشيخ وما يزيد على 40 ألف طن بمحافظة المنيا و20 ألف طن من محافظة بني سويف و25 ألف طن من محافظة القليوبية ونحو 35 ألف طن من محافظة البحيرة و15 ألف طن من محافظة أسيوط و3 آلاف طن من الإسكندرية و6 آلاف طن من محافظة سوهاج.
وأضاف نقيب الفلاحين أن توريد الأقماح ما زال في بدايته وسيستمر التوريد حتي منتصف شهر أغسطس المقبل وان المساحة التي حصدت وتم درسها حتي الآن لا تزيد على 25 % من إجمالي المساحه المنزرعه من الأقماح هذا الموسم متوقعا توريد أكثر من 3.5 ملايين طن من الأقماح للحكومة هذا الموسم.
وأكد عبدالرحمن أن أهم أسباب إقبال المزارعين علي توريد الأقماح للحكومة رغم أن التوريد اختياريا هو السعر المجزي الذي حدد من الحكومة لاستلام الأقماح والذي وصل ل2000 جنيه لأردب القمح ذو درجة النظافه 23.5 قيراط.
ثم القرارات الحكومية المنظمة والتي تحظر نقل القمح المحلي من مكان لآخر إلا بعد الحصول على تصريح من مديرية التموين المختصة بالمحافظة وتمنع استخدام الأقماح في صناعة الأعلاف وكذلك الالتزام بصرف مستحقات المزارعين في غضون 48 ساعة من وقت التوريد وكذا تسهيل إجراءات التوريد بزيادة نقاط تجميع الأقماح بالقرب من اماكن الإنتاج وتذليل العقبات أمام الموردين.
