إب.. اشتباكات مسلحة بين قبليين في مخلاف العَود وسقوط مصابين بينهم شيخ قبلي

أصيب ثلاثة مدنيين بينهم شيخ قبلي، إثر اندلاع اشتباكات بين مسلحين قبليين، الخميس، في مخلاف "العَود" جنوبي مديرية النادرة بمحافظة إب (وسط اليمن).
مصادر قبلية قالت لوكالة خبر، إن مسلحين قبليين تبادلوا إطلاق النار على خلفية نزاع على قطعة أرض زراعية في أحد أودية عزلة "حدّة" التابعة لمخلاف العَود جنوبي مديرية النادرة.
وحسب المصادر، امتد تبادل إطلاق النار إلى داخل القرية التي يقطنها الطرفان، وأسفر عن إصابة الشيخ القبلي أحمد هزاع الصيادي إصابة خطيرة، وإصابات الشابين ايهاب صالح الصيادي ودحان أحمد الصيادي إصابات بسيطة.
وذكرت أنه تم نقل المصابين لتلقي العلاج، فيما تم احتجاز الشاب عصام علي الصيادي (أحد طرفي النزاع) ونقله إلى سجن إدارة أمن مديرية النادرة الخاضعة للمليشيا الحوثية على ذمة القضية.
وأوضحت المصادر، أن الطرفين يتنازعان على إرث قبلي في أرض زراعية، سبق واحتكما لتحكيم قبلي وجلسات في محكمة النادرة، إلا أن تدخلات حوثية تعمد إلى تأجيج النزاع، حالت دون الفصل النهائي بين المتنازعين.
وقبل أشهر نشب عراك واشتباك بالأيدي والعصي وأدوات حديدية بين ذات الأطراف، وعلى خلفية القضية نفسها، مما أدّى إلى وقوع إصابات بين اوساطهم.
وحذّرت المصادر من تبعات النزاع، سيما والسلطة المحلية في مديرية النادرة الخاضعة للحوثيين، متورطة بتأجيجه ونزاعات قبلية عديدة أخرى في المنطقة، لغرض إشغال أبناء القبائل في صراعات بينية، واستمرار ابتزازهم مادياً.
وحمّلت المصادر، قيادات مليشيا الحوثي بالمديرية تبعات تداعيات وتطورات النزاع القبلي، واتساع رقعة النزاعات في المنطقة بعد أن شهدت تطورا لافتاً منذ سيطرة المليشيا على المديرية عقب انقلابها على النظام في 21 سبتمبر/ أيلول 2014م.

والذي قال أنه فور وصول المراجع إلى المستشفى، تم الإطلاع على تاريخه المرضي، وإخضاعه لعدداً من الفحوصات الطبية والتي شملت وظائف الكلى وتحاليل صورة الدم وكذلك الأشعة الصوتية للقلب (Echo)، وتبين إصابته بالفشل الكلوي وإرتفاع شديد في ضغط الدم، بالإضافة إلى معاناته مع السمنة المفرطة بوزن (160) كجم وكتلة جسم (47)، وحاجته الضرورية لإجراء ثلاث جلسات غسيل كلوي أسبوعياً.

مفيداً بأن الفريق الطبي وضع خطة علاجية دقيقة متناسقة، إذ بدأت باخضاع المراجع للكشف الطبي الدقيق بأقسام القلب والتخدير والكلى، مع وضع بعض التدابير قبل إجراء العملية بساعات، منها إجراء جلسة غسيل الكلى، والتجهيز لتكرار هذا الإجراء بعد التدخل الجراحي، موضحاً أن عملية التكميم استغرقت 30 دقيقة فقط، بواسطة المنظار عبر 3 فتحات جراحية صغيرة، نقل بعدها المراجع إلى وحدة الإفاقة ومن ثم للتنويم، وبمرور 6 ساعات، تم نقله إلى وحدة غسيل الكلى لاستكمال الخطة العلاجية، وإعادته مجدداً إلى جناح التنويم.
