مقررة أممية تعرب عن قلقها البالغ إزاء الوضع الإنساني “الكارثي” للشعب الفلسطيني

أعربت مقررة الأمم المتحدة الخاصة المعنية بحالة حقوق الإنسان في الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة فرانشيسكا ألبانيز اليوم الأحد عن قلقها البالغ إزاء الوضع الإنساني “الكارثي” للشعب الفلسطيني في ظل ممارسات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي مطالبة إياه بالامتثال لالتزاماته تجاه أحكام القانون الدولي.
وذكر المتحدث الرسمي باسم وزارة الخارجية المصرية السفير أحمد أبو زيد في بيان أن ذلك جاء خلال لقاء عقده وزير الخارجية المصري سامح شكري مع ألبانيز التي تزور القاهرة حاليا في إطار جولة إقليمية تشمل مصر والأردن.
ونقل المتحدث عن ألبانيز إعرابها عن أسفها واستنكارها لعدم قدرتها على القيام بزيارة ميدانية لقطاع غزة والأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة حيث حال رفض الاحتلال الإسرائيلي دون إتمام مهمتها.
وأضاف أن مقررة الأمم المتحدة “قدمت الشكر لمصر” على ما تقوم به من جهود لإيقاف الحرب وانتهاكات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي ضد الفلسطينيين ولدورها في إدخال المساعدات الإنسانية إلى القطاع.
وأشار إلى أن ألبانيز أكدت كذلك “الحرص” على مواصلة التشاور مع الجانب المصري إزاء سبل التخفيف من المعاناة الإنسانية للفلسطينيين مثمنة الدور “المحوري” الذي تضطلع به مصر للحد من الأزمة في غزة والجهود الإنسانية لتقديم وإيصال المساعدات لسكان القطاع عبر معبر (رفح) البري وجهود الإنزال الجوي.
وقال المتحدث إن الوزير شكري والمقررة الأممية تناولا ممارسات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي وسياساته في الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة حيث أكدا “حتمية” إيقاف اعتداءات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي ضد قطاع غزة امتثالا لأحكام القانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان والقانون الدولي الإنساني.
وأضاف أن الجانبين أكدا كذلك حتمة ضمان إنفاذ المساعدات الإنسانية إلى قطاع غزة بصورة كاملة وآمنة بالإضافة إلى ضرورة إيقاف عنف المستوطنين المتزايد تحت حماية قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي في الضفة الغربية ومحاسبة مرتكبي هذه الانتهاكات.
وأشار شكري إلى أن استمرار حرب الاحتلال الإسرائيلي ضد قطاع غزة وزيادة وتيرة اعتداءاته والممارسات الاستيطانية غير الشرعية في الضفة الغربية يزيدان من مخاطر تفجر الأوضاع في كامل الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة.
وحذر في هذا الصدد من عواقب استمرار الوضع الحالي على زيادة تفاقم الأزمة الإنسانية في غزة وتداعياته الأمنية التي تهدد بتوسيع دائرة العنف واستقرار المنطقة ومقدرات شعوبها.
وأعرب شكري عن الأسف تجاه إحجام عدد من الدول حتى الآن عن توصيف ممارسات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي بأنها تمثل انتهاكا صارخا للقانون الدولي.
وتبادل الجانبان بحسب البيان التقييمات حول الأوضاع الحقوقية والإنسانية لأبناء الشعب الفلسطيني في قطاع غزة والضفة الغربية بما فيها القدس الشرقية حيث جدد شكري التأكيد على ضرورة إيقاف ممارسات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي الرامية للدفع بتهجير الفلسطينيين خارج أراضيهم وتنفيذ سياسات العقاب الجماعي والاستهداف العشوائي للمدنيين.
وطالب وزير الخارجية المصري كذلك بوضع حد للمعاناة الإنسانية التي يتعرض لها أبناء الشعب الفلسطيني بنهج غير مسبوق الحجم والتأثير مؤكدا مسؤولية المجتمع الدولي في إيقاف هذه الانتهاكات وعدم الاعتراف بأية آثار تنشأ عن ممارسات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي غير القانونية في الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة ورفضها.
