مستشفى دله النخيل بالرياض يستأصل ورما يزن أكثر من 10 كيلو جرامات من بطن مريض

أجرى مستشفى دله النخيل في الرياض، عملية جراحية نادرة، تمثلت في استئصال ورم ضخم، من بطن مريض، يزن نحو 10.5 كيلو جرام.
وتسبب الورم الضخم، «الكتلة»، الذي كان يغطي كامل بطن المريض، في آلام شديدة له، الأمر الذي أدى إلى التسبب في حدوث تقيؤ مستمر للمريض، بالإضافة إلى ضعف عام، وتعب مستمر في جسمه، بصورة عامة، علاوة على انتفاخ في بطنه، استمرَّ عدة أشهر.

وتابع الاستشاري شحادة، قائلا:"تبين عند إجراء الفحص السريري للمريض وجود تضخم في البطن بشكل واضح، وتم أخذ صورة مقطعية طبقية، أظهرت وجود كتلة ضخمة تمتد من الجزء العلوي للبطن، لتصل إلى أسفلها، حتى الحوض، كانت ضاغطة على كامل أعضاء البطن، علاوة على وجود فقر في الدم،(أنيميا)، حيث كانت نسبة الدم التي أظهرتها الفحوصات المخبرية نحو 7.8 ". وأضاف: أنه وبالتنسيق، والاستشارة مع أمراض الدم والأورام، فقد نصحنا بإعطاء المريض 3 وحدات دم، ثم إجراء خزعة للكتلة، رغم ذلك، لم يحدث تحسن في مستوى الدم، فضلا عن أن نتيجة الخزعة لم تظهر أي معلومات، بخصوص طبيعة الكتلة.
وقال د."شحادة":"عقب ذلك حولنا المريض إلى غرفة العمليات، لإجراء عملية استكشافية، حيث تأكد لنا أن الكتلة تغطي كامل البطن، وبعد إزالة الالتصاقات بين الكتلة وباقي الأعضاء، تبين أن مصدر الكتلة هو الجزء الأخير من الأمعاء الدقيقة، فأجرينا استئصال الجزء الأخير من الأمعاء الدقيقة والجزء الأيمن من القولون، ثم تم عمل توصيلة ما بين الأمعاء الدقيقة والقولون."
وأشار الاستشاري عبد شحادة، أنه وعقب النجاح في استئصال الكتلة، تم إرسالها إلى فحص الأنسجة، الذي أظهر وجود ورم، من أورام الجهاز الهضمي،( GIST)، حيث يحدث هذا الورم في المعدة، بنسبة 50% إلى 70%، وفي الأمعاء الدقيقة بنسبة 20%، إلى 30%، وأن نسبة الشفاء التام لهذا الورم لمدة خمس سنوات، تُقدر بنحو 85%، والآن المريض في أتم الصحة والعافية، ولله الحمد.
