رئيس إفريقيا الوسطى: سيطرنا على 95% من أراضينا بفضل التعاون مع روسيا

قال رئيس جمهورية إفريقيا الوسطى فوستين أرشانج تواديرا، إن الرئيس الروسي فلاديمير بوتين ووزير الخارجية سيرجي لافروف تمت دعوتهما لزيارة العاصمة بانجي.
وأضاف تواديرا "انظر، بالطبع نريد أن يزور الرئيس بوتين إفريقيا الوسطى ذات يوم، وبالمناسبة، أرسلنا دعوات إليه وإلى وزير الخارجية سيرجي لافروف يمكنهم القدوم عندما يناسبهم ذلك، سيفعلون"، بحسب ما أوردته وكالة سبوتنيك الروسية.
وأشار تواديرا في مقابلة مع وسائل الإعلام الروسية اليوم الجمعة: "نرحب بكم في جمهورية إفريقيا الوسطى".
وفي حديثه عن التعاون المتنامي بين روسيا وجمهورية إفريقيا الوسطى، أكد الرئيس تواديرا أن بلاده قامت بتدريب أكثر من 10 آلاف جندي شاب بمساعدة مدربين روس، وتمكنا من استعادة السيطرة على 95% من أراضينا بفضل التعاون مع روسيا.
وقال: "نود أن نعرب عن امتناننا العميق للاتحاد الروسي، لأنه قبل بضع سنوات كنا في وضع أمني صعب للغاية تم احتلال ما يصل إلى 80٪ من أراضي بلادنا واليوم، وبفضل تعاوننا مع الاتحاد الروسي والمدربين الروس، نسيطر على ما يقرب من 95٪ من الأراضي لذلك هناك فائدة كبيرة في هذا التعاون".
وأشار تواديرا أيضًا إلى أن حكومته تدرس إقامة قاعدة عسكرية روسية في المنطقة الشرقية من البلاد، حيث ستتمكن من ضمان أمن حدود الجمهورية.
وفيما يتعلق بالمشاعر المعادية لفرنسا بين السكان في غرب ووسط إفريقيا ، أكد الرئيس تواديرا أنه لا توجد حملة مناهضة لفرنسا في بلاده، وأن السلطات تسعى إلى إقامة تعاون متبادل المنفعة مع الدول الأخرى، بما في ذلك فرنسا.
وأضاف أن جمهورية إفريقيا الوسطى والسلطات الفرنسية تعملان اليوم على تحسين التفاعل؛ من أجل حل المشاكل القائمة، وجعل التعاون متبادل المنفعة.
وأشار إلى أن جمهورية إفريقيا الوسطى تعمل الآن مع الاتحاد الروسي، وأنه في إطار هذا التعاون يتم تحديد "أهداف وغايات محددة" اتفقت عليها “بانجي” مع “موسكو”.
وفي الوقت نفسه، أشار تواديرا إلى أن التعاون مع باريس مستمر.
ونوه بأن جمهورية إفريقيا الوسطى مهتمة بالتعاون في مجال الطاقة الكهرومائية والطاقة الشمسية مع روسيا، وسيتمكن المستثمرون العاملون في هذه المجالات من زيارة الدولة الإفريقية.
