الخارجية السعودية تعرب عن قلقها إزاء التطورات في المنطقة وتدعو لضبط النفس

أعربت وزارة الخارجية السعودية فجر اليوم الأحد عن بالغ قلقها جراء تطورات التصعيد العسكري في الشرق الأوسط وخطورة انعكاساته، داعية الأطراف إلى ضبط النفس.
وقالت الوزارة في بيان: "تعرب وزارة الخارجية عن بالغ قلق المملكة العربية السعودية جرّاء تطورات التصعيد العسكري في المنطقة وخطورة انعكاساته، وتدعو كافّة الأطراف للتحلّي بأقصى درجات ضبط النفس وتجنيب المنطقة وشعوبها مخاطر الحروب".
وأضاف البيان: "وتؤكد الوزارة على موقف المملكة الداعي إلى ضرورة اضطلاع مجلس الأمن بمسؤوليته تجاه حفظ الأمن والسلم الدوليين، لاسيما في هذه المنطقة بالغة الحساسية للسلم والأمن العالمي، وللحيلولة دون تفاقم الأزمة التي سيكون لها عواقب وخيمة في حال توسع رقعتها".
