بيان قطري حول عملية رفح المرتقبة وممارسات التهجير القسري للمدنيين

أكدت مندوبة قطر الدائمة لدى الأمم المتحدة علياء أحمد بن سيف آل ثاني دعم بلادها نيل فلسطين العضوية الكاملة في الأمم المتحدة وناشدت الدول الأعضاء دعم هذا الطلب المشروع والمستحق.
وقالت المندوبة القطرية ذلك في بيان دولة قطر أمام الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة حول البند 63 المتعلق باستخدام الفيتو ضد مشروع القرار الأمريكي حول غزة في مجلس الأمن، بمقر الأمم المتحدة في نيويورك.
وأضافت: "إن انعقاد هذه الجلسة يسلط الضوء مجددا على عجز مجلس الأمن إزاء الاضطلاع بمسؤولياته ودوره في إطار حفظ السلم والأمن الدوليين، وخاصة في ظل أسوأ كارثة إنسانية يشهدها العالم في القرن الـ21 والتي تسببت بها الحرب المستمرة التي يشنها الاحتلال الإسرائيلي ضد الفلسطينيين في قطاع غزة منذ 6 أشهر".
ولفتت إلى إدانة دولتها بشدة ورفض استخدام الغذاء كسلاح ضد المدنيين وأنها "تنادي بضرورة وصول المساعدات الإنسانية إلى مناطق القطاع كافة، دون عوائق، وفقا للقانون الدولي الإنساني".
كما أفادت المندوبة القطرية بإدانتها بأشد العبارات للتهديدات الإسرائيلية المستمرة المتعلقة بشن عملية عسكرية على مدينة رفح "وتدعو مجلس الأمن إلى الاضطلاع بمسؤولياته في إطار الوقف الفوري للعدوان الإسرائيلي، كما تدين بأقوى العبارات إجراءات وممارسات التهجير القسري ضد السكان المدنيين التي تقوم بها القوة القائمة بالاحتلال، وتحذر من تداعياتها الإنسانية والأمنية على المنطقة".
وبينت "ضرورة قيام الاحتلال الإسرائيلي بتنفيذ أوامر محكمة العدل الدولية المتعلقة بمنع ارتكاب الإبادة الجماعية في غزة".
وذكرت أن دولة قطر "تؤكد استمرار جهودها المتعلقة بتيسير المسار التفاوضي المستمر حول الوصول لاتفاق إطاري يضمن وقفا لإطلاق النار في قطاع غزة، وذلك بالشراكة مع جمهورية مصر، والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية".
