رئيس هيئة الإسعاف يكشف تفاصيل خطة تأمين احتفالات عيد الفطر المبارك

أعلن الدكتور عمرو رشيد رئيس مجلس إدارة هيئة الإسعاف المصرية تفعيل خطة تأمين احتفالات عيد الفطر المبارك، بداية من اليوم، بالتزامن مع اقتراب سريان عطلة عيد الفطر، التي أقرها رئيس مجلس الوزراء والتي تمتد حتى ١٤ أبريل الجاري.
وتضمنت الخطة رفع درجة الاستعداد بكافة أفرع الهيئة بالمحافظات، وبين الفرق الإسعافية، والتأكد من توافر كافة المستلزمات الطبية والأدوية بأسطول سيارات هيئة الإسعاف، وكذلك التأكد من كفاءة عمل شبكات اللاسلكي بغرف القيادة والتحكم وبسيارات الإسعاف، وتفعيل خطوط اتصال بديلة للحفاظ على اتصال لحظي بين كافة مفردات المنظومة الإسعافية.
وتطرقت الخطة لمراجعة كفاءة عمل الأجهزة الطبية، وتزويد كافة سيارات الأسطول الإسعافي باحتياجاتها من أسطوانات الأكسجين، ومراجعة عمل أجهزة التنفس الصناعي للتعامل مع الحالات الطبية المتقدمة، مع التنبيه على انتظام عمل أسطول سيارات الحضانات المخصص لنقل الأطفال المبتسرين.
وتضمنت الخطة في شقها الرئيسي الدفع بعدد ٢٣٩٤ سيارة إسعاف مجهزة للعمل كوحدة عناية مركزة لتغطية كافة أرجاء الجمهورية، حيث تم تخصيص ٤١٩ سيارة إسعاف لتأمين شعائر صلاة العيد بالساحات والمساجد الكبرى، وكذلك تخصيص ٣١٢ سيارة إسعاف لتأمين رواد الحدائق والمتنزهات، كما تضمنت الخطة تأمين ما يقارب ١٦ ألف كيلو متر من الطرق السريعة والصحراوية والمحاور الرئيسية، نظراً لزيادة حركة المسافرين عليها في ذلك التوقيت، والتوقعات بوجود إقبال على بعض المدن الساحلية لقضاء عطلة عيد الفطر بها.
وتناولت الخطة آليات الحشد والمناورة في حالة الحوادث الكبرى والأزمات، عبر تحريك سيارات الإسعاف بنظام "الإزاحات" بحيث يتم تكثيف تواجد سيارات الإسعاف بأماكن الحدث، عبر استدعاء جزء من أسطول الإسعاف من المحافظات المجاورة.
وتناولت الخطة توجيهات الدكتور خالد عبد الغفار وزير الصحة والسكان بضرورة انتظام الخدمات الإسعافية المقدمة للحالات المرضية المزمنة طوال فترة العيد، وعدم تأثرها، وتكثيف استعدادات الفرق الإسعافية المتواجدة بمعبر رفح البري في أداء رسالتهم تجاه الأشقاء الفلسطينيين من مصابي قطاع غزة، والعمل على إجلائهم لتلقي الرعاية الطبية اللازمة في وطنهم الثاني مصر.
اشتملت الخطة تفعيل لغرفة الأزمات والطوارئ بالمقر الرئيسي لهيئة الإسعاف المصرية برئاسة الأستاذ الدكتور خالد عبد الغفار وزير الصحة والسكان، والدكتور عمرو رشيد رئيس مجلس إدارة هيئة الإسعاف المصرية والتي يمتد عملها على مدار ٢٤ ساعة متواصلة، والتي تعمل بتنسيق كامل مع كافة الأجهزة والمؤسسات المعنية، وذلك للتيسير علي السادة المواطنين، لضمان تمتعهم بأقصى درجات الرعاية والسلامة.

وسيناقش أعضاء المؤتمر آخر المستجدات والأبحاث في طب العناية المركزة، بالإضافة إلى حزمة من قضايا التخصص المختارة بعناية، كالتحديات في مجال سلامة المرضى، وتوفير بيئة آمنة للرعاية الصحية، ومناقشة آلية تحسين وتقوية البيئة الخاصة بأفضل إجراءات سلامة المرضى بالعناية الحرجة، وسبل الإرتقاء بمستوى العناية الطبية الفائقة، والنظرة المستقبلية للعناية الحرجة المتوافقة مع رؤية المملكة 2030 الطموحة، وغيرها من الموضوعات الهامة.
ويستهدف هذا المؤتمر الأطباء والممارسين والأكاديميين الصحيين والمختصين بالعناية الحرجة، وممرضات وحدات العناية المركزة، ومعالجي الجهاز التنفسي، من أجل إتاحة الفرصة لتبادل الأفكار والرؤى، حول المستجدات الحديثة في طب العناية المركزة التي توصل لها الأطباء لمشاركتها مع الحضور، مما سينعكس ايجاباً على مستوى الرعاية الصحية المقدمة للمرضى.
