الديوان الملكي يعلن عن أول أيام عيد الفطر المبارك

أفاد الديوان الملكي السعودي في بيان، مساء اليوم الاثنين، أن يوم غدٍ الثلاثاء هو المكمّل للثلاثين من شهر رمضان والأربعاء هو أول أيام عيد الفطر المبارك.
وجاء في البيان ما يلي:
"جاءنا من المحكمة العُليا ما يلي :
القرار رقم ( 181 / هـ ) وتاريخ 29 / 9 / 1445هـ
الحمد لله وحده، والصلاة والسلام على نبينا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين، وبعد :
فقد عقدت دائرة الأهلة في المحكمة العليا جلسة مساء هذا اليوم الاثنين التاسع والعشرين من شهر رمضان المبارك لعام 1445هـ ــ حسب تقويم أم القرى ــ الموافق 8 / 4 / 2024 م؛ للنظر فيما يردها حول ترائي هلال شهر شوال لهذا العام 1445هـ ، وبعد الاطلاع على جميع ما وردها والنظر فيه وتأمله، ونظراً لما تضمنه قرار المحكمة العليا رقم ( 180 / هـ ) وتاريخ 29 / 8 / 1445هـ أن يوم الاثنين 1 / 9 / 1445هـ الموافق 11 / 3 / 2024م هو غرة شهر رمضان المبارك لعام 1445هـ، و نظراً لعدم ثبوت رؤية هلال شهر شوال مساء هذا اليوم، ولقول النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: "فأن غُم عليكم فأكملوا العدة ثلاثين" متفق عليه واللفظ للبخاري؛ فإن الدائرة تقرر : أن يوم غدٍ الثلاثاء 30 / 9 / 1445هـ ــ حسب تقويم أم القرى ــ الموافق 9 / 4 / 2024م هو المكمل للثلاثين من شهر رمضان المبارك لعام 1445هـ، وأن يوم الأربعاء 1 / 10 / 1445هـ - حسب تقويم أم القرى – الموافق 10 / 4 / 2024م هو يوم عيد الفطر المبارك لهذا العام 1445هـ.
والمحكمة العليا إذ تهنئ مقام خادم الحرمين الشريفين، وسمو ولي عهده الأمين ــ حفظها الله ــ ، وجميع المواطنين، والمقيمين، والمسلمين، بحلول عيد الفطر المبارك، لتسأل الله العلي القدير أن يتقبل من المسلمين صيامهم وقيامهم، وجميع أعمالهم الصالحة، ويصلح ذات بينهم، وأن ينصر دينه ويعلي كلمته، ويحفظ على هذه البلاد أمنها واستقرارها وازدهارها، إنه سبحانه سميع قريب مجيب، وصلى الله وسلم على نبينا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين".
