رئيس مجلس الوزراء يقدم استقالته إلى أمير الكويت

قدم الشيخ محمد صباح السالم الصباح رئيس مجلس الوزراء الكويتي، اليوم السبت، استقالة الحكومة الكويتية إلى أمير الكويت، الشيخ مشعل الأحمد الجابر الصباح، بعد يوم من إعلان نتيجة انتخابات مجلس الأمة.
وقالت وكالة الأنباء الكويتية «كونا»، في منشور عبر حسابها الرسمي على منصة «إكس»: إنّه «تطبيقا لحكم المادة 57 من الدستور، فقد رُفعت إلى أمير البلاد الشيخ مشعل الأحمد الجابر الصباح، استقالة الحكومة من الشيخ الدكتور محمد صباح السالم الصباح رئيس مجلس الوزراء».
وأضافت الوكالة أنّ «رئيس مجلس الوزراء أعرب عن خالص التقدير والاعتزاز لأمير البلاد على الثقة الغالية وكريم الدعم والمساندة، مشيدًا بالجهود المخلصة التي بذلها الوزراء طيلة فترة توليهم مهام مسؤولياتهم».
وفي وقت سابق، السبت كان مجلس الوزراء الكويتي وافق خلال اجتماعه الاستثنائي على مشروع مرسوم بدعوة مجلس الأمة للانعقاد للدور العادي الأول من الفصل التشريعي الثامن عشر، يوم الأربعاء 17 أبريل الجاري، ثم رفعه إلى أمير الكويت، طبقًا لما أوردت وكالة «كونا».
وجاء ذلك بعد يوم من إعلان نتيجة انتخابات مجلس الأمة الكويتي، (أمة 2024) في فصله التشريعي الثامن عشر عن الدوائر الانتخابية الخمس، بعد إجراء الانتخابات البرلمانية، الخميس.
