بمعايير إنسانية مشروع الأمير محمد بن فهد الإسكان المُيسر يوفر السكن الملائم للأسر المحتاجة

انطلق مشروع الأمير محمد بن فهد للإسكان الميسر على معايير إنسانية، تستهدف تأمين السكن الملائم للأسر المحتاجة إليه. وعاماً بعد آخر، يواصل المشروع تقديم خدماته وفق آليات محددة، وصولاً إلى العام 2023، الذي شهد تسليم 20 وحدة سكنية للأسر المحتاجة، ضمنت لها عنواناً ثابتاً لا يتغير، في مشهد يؤكد التزام المشروع بتحقيق أهدافه التي انطلق من أجلها.

ويستمد المشروع حيوته من دعم ولاة الأمر له، لما له من دور في تأمين بند السكن لمئات الأسر المحتاجة في المنطقة الشرقية، وكان أكبر دعم تلقاه المشروع، قيام خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبد العزيز ـ حفظه الله ـ عندما كان وزيراً للدفاع، بتفقد نتاج المرحلة الأولى من المشروع، وذلك في العام 2012.

ويواصل مشروع الأمير محمد بن فهد للإسكان الميسر، الذي ينطوي تحت مؤسسة الأمير محمد بن فهد للتنمية الاجتماعية، جهوده الحثيثة لتوفر المساكن الخيرية الميسرة للأسر المحتاجة والحالات الإنسانية الحرجة في المنطقة الشرقية، ونجحت المؤسسة منذ استلام إدارة مشاريع المساكن الميسرة من جمعية البر في المنطقة، في تأهيل وصيانة وحدات المشروع بشكل متكامل؛ لتكون جاهزة لاستقبال المزيد من الأسر المحتاجة إلى مساكن بشكل عاجل.
وعبرت نساء مستفيدات من مشاريع الإسكان الميسر، عن ارتياحهن للآلية التي تتبعها مؤسسة الأمير محمد بن فهد في إدارة مشاريع السكن المُيسر، وأكدن أن هذه الآلية عززت من قيمة المساكن، ووفرت الكثير من الاحتياجات والمتطلبات الضرورية للمستفيدين من تلك المساكن.
148 وحدة سكنية
ويبلغ عدد المباني في مشروع الإسكان الميسر 37 عمارة، تحتوي على 148 وحدة سكنية، وتم تأهيل 21 وحدة سكنية، وتسليمها للمستفيدين، كما تم التنسيق مع إدارة المؤسسة لإيجاد برامج تدريبية وتأهيلية لأبناء الأسر المستفيدة من الإسكان، بهدف تحسين أوضاعهم المعيشية، وبالتالي الاعتماد على أنفسهم في تحقيق مصادر دخل تعينهم على متطلبات الحياة.
ويبلغ عدد الوحدات المشغولة حالياً بالمستفيدين 130 وحدة، ويوجد في المشروع 14 وحدة سكنية غير مستخدمة، تم الرفع بطلب إعادة صيانتها وتأهيلها للعمل على تسليمها لمستحقيها، ويضم المشروع أربع وحدات، كنماذج في المشروع.
إسكان مريح
وأكدت إحدى المسفيدات من مشروع الإسكان الميسر، أنها سعيدة بالحصول على وحدة سكنية في المشروع، مشيرة إلى أنها وجدت في سكنها كل الراحة التي تبحث عنها. وقالت: "أشكر سمو الأمير محمد بن فهد رئيس محلس امناء مؤسسة الأمير محمد بن فهد التنمية الإنسانية على الجهود التي بذلها ويبذلها في مشروع الإسكان الميسر".
وقالت إن "هذه الجهود معروفة للجميع، وأسفرت عن إيجاد منتجات سكنية جيدة للعديد من الأسر المحتاجة وأصحاب الحالات الإنسانية الحرجة".
وتابعت "حصلت على الوحدة السكنية في الإسكان الميسر قبل نحو أربعة أشهر، وكنت أسعد الناس عندما حصلت على هذا السكن، خاصة أنني سيدة أرملة، وأعول ثلاثة أطفال صغار، ولا أعمل، وبالتالي ليس لي دخل ثابت أؤمن منه إيجاراً لمسكن".
فيما قالت مستفيدة أخرى من مشروع الإسكان الميسر: "بعد الطلاق من زوجي قبل ثماني سنوات، لم يعد لي أي أقارب أو معارف، وذهبت إلى جمعية البر في المنطقة الشرقية، لعلي أجد لديها أي حلول لمساعدتي في تأمين إيجار الشقة التي أسكن فيها أنا وأبنائي، ولم أكن أعرف شيئاً عن الإسكان الميسر التابع لجمعية البر آنذاك، وقامت الجمعية بدراسة ظروفي المعيشية، ووجدت أنها صعبة، وبالتالي استحق المساعدة، فرشحتني الجمعية للحصول على سكن في مشروع الإسكان الميسر، وبعد فترة منحوني وحدة سكنية في المشروع".
ومن جانبه، أوضح مدير إدارة البرامج في مؤسسة الأمير محمد بن فهد للتنمية الإنسانية، صالح بن محمد الشمراني، أن المؤسسة "قامت بتسليم عدد عشرين وحدة سكنية من مشروع الأمير محمد بن فهد للإسكان الميسر، للأسر المحتاجة، بعد دراسة حالتها في إطار معايير دقيقة، تضمن إيصال هذه الوحدات لمستحقّيها الفعليين، انطلاقًا من استراتيجيته المؤسسة؛ حيث وضعت خططًا تنفيذية لعدد من البرامج والمشاريع التنموية والإنسانية لخدمة شرائح مختلفة من المجتمع، لافتًا إلى أن أعمال المؤسسة تنطلق من الاحتياجات التي تعبّر عنها هذه الشرائح".
وتابع "المؤسسة تحظى بالدعم والاهتمام المستمرين من لدن صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير محمد بن فهد بن عبدالعزيز رئيس مجلس أمناء المؤسسة، لجميع برامج ومشاريع المؤسسة لتحقيق أهدافها والمساهمة في تنمية وخدمة شرائح المجتمع المستهدفة".
